Walked in and basically walked out. Lady at counter basically ignored me until she was done doing what she had to do and then when I asked about forms for passport she rudely said, We dont do those here. If it wasnt for her co-worker behind her telling me that the Hopkins post office might be able to help, I would have rated this place with 1 star.

Not convenient parking. Always very long lanes. No self-service station. It took them more than 5 days for package acceptance.

Great experience always. Was disappointed in the way I was treated today. Wanted to mail two gifts and didnt have a box for one and I didnt seal my second box in case they didnt think it was a good box. Took time off work to come up during a non busy time to get help and was told to return when Ive sorted my boxes out. No problem solving skills. Ill be going to UPS because even though they are more expensive, I know Ill be treated like an actual customer instead of someone being a bother.

I maile packages 3 times a week and for many years at the St Louis Park post office. Today I mailed from the Minnetonka office due to my schedule. Minnetonka insisted and refused to mail packages until I aggreed to paying $5 extra for a signure of the receiver. These packages are 1.9 pounds and valued at $10 each Rude and discusting employee and service. Never will I mail from Minnetonka again.

I love this post office! It is a smaller office so not as much if you are looking for packing supplies but it often has little to no wait which I can always get behind! Staff is helpful and has a good attitude.

I mail packages at least twice a week for my small business. I know all of the workers at this point. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you mail the cheapest way possible. Typically a pretty quiet post office, so I prefer this one. Avoid the lunch hour!

I sent a package priority. To get to my daughter on a certain date. I stated the importance of the time. It was not delivered on time. And the tracking number was not traceable? I called the number provided. It was 40 min. Waiting time. My daughter went to the post office by her and it was there. A week later than was expected through priority mail. Very angry with this issue.

Lewis was unbelievably rude and arrogant when talking to him on the phone, hes so full of himself he even told me to come down to the postoffice to talk to him because i stopped letting him talk over me and interrupt me. This person is a disgrace to the working community and too rude and disrespectful to be dealing with people. Disgusts me that he works for our government

Fast and knowledgeable, I was very pleased with the service I got there today. One thing they don’t have is an automated mailer thing, but the people are easy enough to talk to.

Best speedy customer service. Also, Chris is an amazing gentleman.

Other than the parking lot being a Zoo, they were very helpful & efficient. After non-stop Christmas lines I doubt I would have been as pleasant in their shoes.

Never seems to be very busy so it is a quick in and out. Employees are friendly.

This is the local post office for my area. Currently we only get mail delivery on Fridays, Wednesdays and occasionally on Saturday. Package delivery often is delayed as packages sit on the truck for up to a week.

Not very helpful... they seem to hate their job... Im just a number to them...
