The first day they showed up with a broken presser washer, so one guy came in to do the inside windows. He spilled cleaning fluid on my Greyhound dogs back. They got their equipment fixed and finished outside, but we saw they didnt clean the tracts of the window. I called and found out they were NOT included in the price. He offered $50 more for them to come back out and do the tracts. They showed up very late with excuses, but no call to let me know. One guy was very friendly, the other called my sister crazy(the one that put cleaning fluid on my dog), he asked for beer when I offered them something to drink. Later I found out he damaged my curtains with bleach in the laundry room. I couldnt watch them both. I shouldnt have let that guy back in my house. I was tired and sick and wanted the whole thing over. We will never hire this company again!!!!!!!

John and Evan did a great job on our house wash and window cleaning. Friendly. All the green is gone (from the siding) and the stucco is much brighter looking. Took the time to clean off the deck of the residue from the washing of the siding. Windows are clean and bright. Provided tips on cleaning the interior windows, as well as a few outside I didnt have cleaned. Will definitely use them again!

They didnt do it right on the first time but promptly came back to address the issue

We have lived in our house for 18 years and finally decided to use a window washing and house washing service and oh, my, god, why didnt I start doing this long ago?!?! I never realized just how dirty the house windows were, or how much dirt was stuck on the gutters.If youre considering doing it, just do it. Cant believe the difference it makes. Find someone else. Had them clean our windows inside/outside and left major residue on all the windows. They came back a total of three times to re-do the outside windows and they still left a spotted water residue on my windows. The owner was responsive, but the results are horrible. Finally after the third visit, I gave up and cut my losses. Will find another company in the future.

We contacted Window Genie to power wash our deck and within hours, we were contacted and were asked a few questions about the deck and the Kevin came out and we were all set. We setup a time for Kevin to come out. He was on time and just finished the deck and it looks fabulous.

I had Your Holiday Lights install warm white LEDs along our peaks and rooflines this year. I took their advice and added the bigger LED wreath. It looks great. The crew showed up with a 50 boom lift which was cool. They were friendly and professional while installing the lights. I had a bulb go out and the owner himself came by that same night to fix it. The owner said its their first year with Holiday lights but he has gone above and beyond to make sure were happy. Im looking forward to hiring them again next year. Highly recommended.
