Jim walked the property and helped decide the best set up. Suggested colors and different table sizes. Very knowledgeable. Once the set up began, Mike talked with us about changing the layout slightly and it made a huge difference… because we have a sloped back yard. The take down process went just as smooth. Overall everyone at Apres was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend! Great service.

We used Apres to rent dinnerware for our small wedding ceremony. Apres has a great selection of good quality rental items. Cost was very reasonable. Michael was great to work with.The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack in flexibility in pick-up and drop-off. Since we held a small affair, we did most of the legwork. We were only allowed to pick up the day before the event and had to return by end of Monday after the event.
I always work with Andrea Bach with Apres - she is efficient, timely, accurate and she is really friendly. We have worked with one another on planning beautiful events since 2015 and I ALWAYS call her, specifically. The set up crew at Apres - the guys who have been there for many years - are the best too!
I recently hosted my third & final high school Graduation party using Après. Ive worked with Becky Massop for all three parties in the past five years. She is amazing! Everything has gone off without a hitch! The final party two weeks ago we hosted approximately 500 people. The setup happened two days prior and it was perfect! I wouldnt use anyone except Après & Becky!

We hired Apres for our backyard wedding. Their selection of linens, stemware, flatware, and chargers allowed us to create a whimsical and elegant event. We rented a few linens, bar and whiskey barrels from Apres. They were super efficient with answering emails and accommodating with changing and adding items only weeks before the wedding which was super helpful. The bar was beautiful and we loved it!

Reached out to them for a private event for 60 people for a complete outdoor setup ( tent, setup, linens, China) the works and was basically told upfront by one of their associates Michael Feldbaum that we are too “small” an order for them. Felt humiliated, disrespected and belittled. If their goal is only to entertain people with an order size of $10,000 or more they should state that on their site.What’s sad is that this was an event that was originally planned to be for 200 people and we scaled it down due to COVID.Won’t be going to them for any future events and wouldn’t recommend them.
Ive used Apres 3 or 4 times for renting gear for corporate events. Theyve always been very accommodating to work with. Ive had ordered where they delivered and picked up and Ive had orders where I picked up and dropped off. The process is always smooth.
Ive been working with Apres for a few years and have been very pleased. My experience has been that the company is trustworthy and professional. I recently rented a few hardware items for a party, and they arrived on time and picked up on time. Every experience Ive had with Apres has been consistent - good, clear, timely communication; on time delivery and pick up; friendly and courteous sales and delivery staff. Always happy to do business with a company I can trust.
They showed up 15 minutes late for a 3 hour delivery window. The chairs were rusty and dirty. Some had stickers and tape on them. Not quite the look we were going for. The only person we could reach when the delivery window had passed was quick to transfer us to a department that didnt answer. Couldnt reach anyone who cared to tell us if the chairs would show up or not.
We needed last minute table cloths for my moms wedding and I didnt think anywhere would have them on such short notice (they day before the wedding). They not only had them in the color I needed them, but I walked out with them! They have a huge selection in every color and texture imaginable. Their showroom was absolutely gorgeous. Their return service was easy. All we had to do was put them in the laundry bag provided and drop them off! It was so convenient. The table cloths were the perfect color!
In our experience, Apres was amazing! Susan Byrne specifically was so helpful with our almost last minute request. She listened and helped us to make the best decision based on our need. We will be using Apres again and would highly recommend!
Apres helped us a TON for our wedding. Despite a delivery/pickup charge that was a little higher than expected, it was SO worth it. We didnt even see the guys come grab the tables and chairs! They were smooth, fast, and had no problem accepting a few odds/ends that we hadnt set out for them to pick up, no extra charges or fuss. They had a wide range of options and were more than happy to talk through all of them and work with us to find what we needed. Would quickly recommend to anyone! Thanks!!
Overall, our experience with Apres was good. They worked with us to accommodate early morning pickup of our rentals once we were done using (chairs and popcorn machine) which was extremely helpful. We are giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because when they delivered our chairs, a majority of them were dirty and required us to clean them before our guests arrived. They handled the situation well however and offered a $100 refund for the inconvenience.
This was the first time I needed to use Apres for a company event (our venue did not supply tables and chairs) I felt this was a small rental order, but the treatment I received from Katiee was as if this was my special event., no matter how little product I was needing or spending. The delivery and pick up were prompt and professional.Thank you, we will definitionally use them again.

Easy to brainstorm with, their sales team is knowledgeable about everything in their inventory, will tell you when new items are coming out and will help you plan your even flawlessly. The on site staff is efficient and and work really well with other vendors. I would highly recommend Apres for your rentals, both small and large! They have a fantastic and updated inventory as well!

We rented a tent for our wedding. The representative that worked with us told us their tent dimensions were in meters, and she even verified it with other co-workers there because we found it odd that it was in meters instead of feet, but she was certain so we adjusted our tent dimensions accordingly.Turns out it was in feet. The tent was nice but way smaller than we thought. It was embarrassing because it didnt fit all of our wedding guests. We confirmed with her three different times through email/phone/face to face before signing for the tent. But after all this shes refuses to acknowledge that she was wrong. We were extremely dissatisfied.After calling her several times and leaving voicemails for the better part of a day, she called back. She wasnt patient with us. She called and immediately had a defensive response. She wasnt willing to do anything for us except that she had already charged our card and we would have to make the current tent work.They also came a day later than they said to come remove the tent. We went the route to stack it into black tar in a parking lot. They promised to fill it, but the things they used the fill it with didnt even cover the holes completely and it ended up making several cracks. In turn forcing our Church to pay to have the parking lot re-done.Overall we were extremely unsatisfied with this company and our representative. She was rude and unprofessional, and she did not follow through on what she verbally said and what her emails said. We do not recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would have. My experience with this rental company was the absolute worst of the entire wedding planning process. They wasted three months of my time as initially they said they could do our order no problem, but when we wanted to save a couple hundred and do the set up ourselves, it suddenly changed to that they could no longer help us out. Although I called to talk to a manager multiple times and left my number, of course they were always busy, I never heard back from an actual manager. Not only that, but when the sale representative we were working with suddenly decided it was not an option for us to set up the decorations we wanted ourselves, I asked to speak to a manager. She would not put them on and after placing me on hold multiple times stated, the managers have no interest in speaking with you, and I am not spending any more time on this, followed by hanging up on me. So if you do chose them, make sure you are spending a lot of money or they will probably drop you as a customer. Also hope that you dont have any problems because if you do, you will not be able to speak to a manager as they have no interest in talking to you.
Became rude when we wanted to remove items from our invoice because free items became available to us. Stated they were only removing the items for us as a courtesy.
