I chose Welhaven to take care of my two kittens, and have no regrets. My only gripe is how COVID managed to bring out some of the more questionable methods of efficiency to work in tandem with clinic.what I mean is very few humans suffered anything compared to the poor animals who were stuck spending twice as long in cars waiting to be picked up or dropped off. its very difficult to not be able to see your own animals interacting with the vet that is treating them and feel confident about the care they receive otherwise I would give five stars . They are also very poor when it comes to scheduling because they utilize pet app and it is garbage.

We recently adopted a rescue dog that was seen at Wellhaven before we got him. Plus we recently took him there to get neutered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Vet for their pet. The staff is awesome.Very friendly. Each time we dropped Odie off he was so excited to go with them that he never looked back at us. We knew he was in great hands ♥️

Had a bad experience with a local vet out of Columbia Heights, and decided to finish up my dog, Novas, treatment for a stitched paw and bandaging elsewhere which landed me at WellHaven. Wonderful staff and doctors. Very patient with my girl, and the care and knowledge provided to me, has helped us get well on our way to a happy and healthy recovery!

Terrible service. Receptionists didnt even know the doctors schedule and they didnt follow up on an important matter without me calling twice. Finally I received a call back and the vet was very rude and wouldnt even apologize for the lack of communication.

We have two new puppies and Well Haven is simply the most professional vet service we have ever received. The doctors are amazing and the staff is so enthusiastic and welcoming.

Very kind and considerate staff and veterinarians. Vet took lots of time with my pet and I to explain and answer any questions I had. Love their plans that help budget the costs of vaccines, blood work, and the free exams! Will be recommending to my friends and family!

I moved to Minnetonka and adopted a lovely rescue dog all within a couple of months. How lucky to have this clinic right down the road. Floyd has had a couple of issues and the staff handled it with care and compassion for both Floyd and myself! Thank you for taking such good care of my boy. After having such wonderful experiences here with foster dogs, I began bringing all my dogs to WellHaven and couldnt be more pleased with that decision. The WellHaven Team is just superb!!! Other than serving coffee in the parking lot, theres not much more they could do to improve - the service and care are unparalleled.

Even during pandemic times, the doctors and staff do their best to connect and provide a comprehensive and supportive experience for humans and their furry friends. I really appreciate talking to the vet on the phone and the follow up call the next day.

I am very disappointed with my experience with them. I called them to get the medical records from the previous vet and they just didn’t. When I came to the appointment they asked me if I have them, which I didn’t. If they told me they didn’t want to get the records I would’ve gotten them myself. They performed the annual test and didn’t even ask me about their age or medical history. This is scary kind of medicine. I hope they get their act together.

My experience with Dr. Luebbers has been one of a kind! She has been my dogs vet for 5+ years. We started coming here when our regular vet retired. I would definitely recommend Wellhaven to family and friends. Our doctor was patient with us explaining our dogs medical issues. We had to make the very hard decision to have our dog put to sleep. It was all handled so respectfully, her ashes came back to us in a beautiful wooden box. They sent us a sympathy card that was signed by their whole staff. Thank you very much Wellhaven, your kindness and compassion is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience all the way through. From the phone call, to my Dalmatian getting admitted, to the care by Dr. Luebber, it was all really great. They were extremely easy to work with, and given COVID circumstances, they were wonderful talking through everything.Additionally, I will say, my Dalmatian has been having stomach issues for years, and I have been to at least 8 different vets over the years (I move a lot). Dr. Luebber gave us new insights and information to a very simple, basic feeding change regarding how often we fed him, and that would make him feel better. And sure enough, it did. No more stomach problems. She didn’t jump to meds, pain pills, or special diet changes like every other vet did. She started with something simple that was clearly overlooked by everyone else, and this little change she recommended made a world of difference. She also explained why it would help and the reasoning behind it, which I really appreciated.Would give them a 10/10

Best vet in the Twin Cities... Period!

We first saw Dr. Luebbers and her excellent staff at WellHaven Minnetonka in December 2018 when our dog was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Luebbers and her staff were so kind and compassionate in their care. We adopted a new dog in January 2019 and have seen Dr. Luebbers and Dr. Smith for all of our veterinary care. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience at WellHaven. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing veterinarians, techs and staff!! Knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. This was a stress free vet clinic. Calm, non evasive, even my animals were calm. Other vets they kind of freaked out. But Very impressed. has more locations to go to. Good bye Banfield. Hello Wellhaven. Signed a plan during my first visit.
