I had the most efficient and amazing experience tonight at Zagg. The employee told me 6 days ago my size screen protector was out of stock and would be about 2 weeks. I stopped by tonight to inquire and they had the screen protectors in and he had mine placed in minutes! What a great kiosk and employee you have at Ridgedale Center here in Minnetonka, MN! Thank you for the wonderful service!

The customer service was excellent. We needed glass protection for three iPhones, and the service rep finished the work lickety-split and with high quality. From the time we stepped up to the kiosk the time we left couldn’t of been 10 minutes.

I needed a new screen protector on my phone. The employee working at ZAGG was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all my questions and explained my warranty. He determined what my phone needed, replaced my screen protector, and even shined up my screen. I was happy with this service and look forward to stopping there again!

I had a new protective glass placed on my new iPhone. The gentleman behind the counter did an excellent job aligning and placing the protective glass over my iPhone screen quickly and with great results. I was in and out within a couple of minutes. I’ve always had great success using the ZAGG booth at Ridgedake Mall and the life time replacement warranty can’t be beat.

Every time I come nobody is behind the counter. This is really frustrating and bad business. Over the last month, I stopped 4 times.Today I was there at 12:15 pm. No sign about time the associate will be backWere present. The cash register area was opened. There were spray, fabrics, and other items on the counter. I left, did some shopping, and came back at 12:50. Still no employees.

Horrible products and a horrible service. NEVER gets installed properly I always have to end up coming back within a month. The management is trash. This holds for every one of their Minnesota locations. Waste of money over exaggerated product potential. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take my advice and get yourself a Bodyguard or something.

Drove here to have a new screen protector put on because the Rosedale location was closed and STILL has the wrong hours listed, they close at 6pm NOT 9PM! So I wanted to get a warranty replacement because my screen protector I had put on 8 days ago June 22cnd at Rosedale mall still had bubbles in it. Well the employee here put one on free of charge but rushed me out because it was closing time and my screen protector still has bubbles and its not aligned up top. I can see my screen behind the screen protector by the ear piece on my S10+ which is taking away from my viewing screen. One problem after the other...... Well I drove to two malls and both were wasted trips. I had to take the screen protector off when I got into my car because it was so badly aligned and dont bother trying to call the Rosedale mall location phone number because its out of service. Im tired of this, Im on my 4th screen protector with ZAGG since I got my phone last year. The guy who installed my phone didnt even clean it off and put it back in its case for me, it was full of fingerprints. Then I also noticed a fingerprint under the screen protector where he peeled it up with his bare fingers to try and squeegee the bubbles out 🙄

Ive had a very bad experience at both the Ridgedale and Mall of America locations of this kiosk. I went to get my pixel 3 screen fixed and a day later I noticed faulty speakers and dead pixels. I tried to go back; the person who fixed it was not there and the person who was there said that they never usually do pixel screen replacements. When I was finally able to reach him at MOA it was several weeks later and he accused me of dropping it, saying that the warranty was voided because so much time had passed. I do not recommend going to any of their locations.

Phone worked great, but needed a battery replaced. Once installed, I was told the battery would need to charge so it could not be tested at that time. Once the battery charged, pretty much nothing worked. I had to buy a new phone and when I asked them to refund the $42, they said no. He told me the problems were not caused by them. The Apple store seemed certain they were and it is hard to believe it was just a coincidence.

Emmet and Kevin are top notch!! Spent an hour trying to perfect my screen protector and its application. When those tiny dust particles get under the screen it is ALL you notice! Not to mention they put up with my antics as well. They are true gentlemen, hard workers and the epitomy of customer service. Thanks guys!!!🤘

He answered all of my questions with honesty and sincerity. Helped me with my decision and told me the best options for all my needs. Went to get a screen protector replaced, told the guy what kind it was, he looked at it and said it wasn’t their screen protector. When I said it was he said they didn’t have it in stock. He never left his seat to check. Was watching something on his phone and eating lunch. Super irritating.

Went to get a warranty screen replacement and nobody was behind the counter. Waited 30 min before giving up and leaving. Absolutely ridiculous, saw previous reviews of the booth being empty during business hours and am shocked to confirm these reviews.

My friend has been having issues with the Ridgedale, Roseville, and Mall of America Zagg.In May she got a a screen protector, and it got bubbles in it. For the past eight months this has been happening. Every time she gets a screen changed with or without a warranty it still bubbled. They always scam her into Upgrading to a screen. We have called customer service and they never answer.No employee believes her, because no one updated the notes. They don’t communicate between stores. An employee of Zagg wrote that my friend was trying to scam them, because she kept bouncing from store to store. She goes to the Roseville one because she works in St.paul, she lives in EP so she goes to the Mall of America or ridgedale Zagg depending if they have stock.Please don’t go to the Zagg locations, they are not reliable at all.

Horrible customer service. I was a longtime customer because their products, in the past, were far superior than others. The tempered glass product has failed (starting to detach after 3 weeks) for the third time and I went back to get it replaced. I was told by Drew that I’d have to pay to get it replaced. After explaining to Drew that I was dissatisfied with the product and that I would like it replaced for free he said absolutely not. I will never buy a ZAGG product, I will never visit this location at Ridgedale and I would suggest you avoid ZAGG Ridgedale like the plague.

You cannot be ZAGG for both quality and service.
