We recently changed to MOTG to be our printer/copier provider for both our regular office printer and our plotter. The process was very low-pressure and informative. I feel that even though we are a small company, we are important to them. Their service tech is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are now getting better product, convenient and reliable service for less than we were paying our previous provider.

I have worked with MOTG for the last 4 years. There were some growing pains during the implementation process as with most new vendor engagements. They have stepped up for all issues and have been great to work with as a partner. They have offered many solutions and resources for some of our unique requests.

Weve been MOTG clients since 2014 and have been happy with their toner-only service. Our dedicated account executives have provided quarterly business reviews to help us make contract adjustments and identify savings. In addition, MOTGs My Info gateway makes submitting meter reads, scheduling service calls, and ordering toner very easy.

MOTG has worked VERY hard in turning around their business. Our account manager Michael came in at the right time. He has been solid to work with and has done anything he can to make sure we were happy. If you have any Xerox devices, request Lori as a tech. She is amazing - I cant speak any higher of someone. There was a time where I would have agreed with most of the 1 star reviews that are posted here. Over the last year, there have been vast improvements made in regards to how things are managed at MOTG.

The service we receive, starting with our account rep and down to the technicians and delivery associates, is amazing. Everyone has taken such good care of us!

Our office has enjoyed working with MOTG for a number of years now. Our account executive is very communicative, creative, and hands-on. The service technicians are great and very responsive.

These guys are so annoying, calling every day. I even told them to not call anymore and it has come to the point where I blocked their numbers for inbound calls. NO means NO! if I dont want your business and I tell you that I dont want your business will you please open the receptor that is supposed to reside somewhere between your ears, if you have one and LISTEN! SMH

This company is the worst! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I work for Seven Corners Printing in St Paul MN and not only is our Xerox machine a piece of crap but their technicians actually damage and break parts of the machine that they are not even working on! The worst part is that once you sign the lease agreement with their 3rd party lease partner there is nothing that they can do to help when your machine turns out to be a lemon. If you are lucky you can talk to their VP of Sales, Chris and he will use every line of corporate BS but will not address your concern except to say that your experience fits within the service parameters of your machine. They are far from being an Office Technology Group.

I have to agree with the other comments posted... management is the worst I have ever seen in my 26 years in this business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You will see interes from them until they sign your contract once you sign they will never ever care about your needs.

The MOTG Xerox office is a very frustrating operation with whom to work. Their management seems to be willing to do anything other than help. I have experienced months and months of difficulty and find that it is currently impossible to find anyone in the MOTG management that will keep their word, follow through and pay attention. Based on my ongoing difficulty with the MOTG office I would strongly caution against entering into any business activity with them. Too bad because the Xerox products are top notch.
