I was having an issue with my Microsoft 365 apps. All of the apps were disabled and I was not able to activate them. Spent 4 hours on live chats and phone with Microsoft trying to resolve. Lots of non-English speakers and no progress. Kept being promised to be connected with U.S Support but never happened.Got tired of that approach and called Brad at CTS. He explained how he works (and very reasonable fees) and got right into my issue. We worked online. 45 minutes later he had the problem identified and repaired. Explained what he was doing along the way. Very pleasant to deal with.Everything working great now.

Brad provided excellent help to me as I was migrating files and data from a backup drive to my new Windows 10 PC. Scheduling an appointment was easy, plus he was right on time.
