What a scam!! I did my first and only shop over a month ago and still have not been paid. I have sent 7 emails with no answer. I called twice and no one picks up. Dont waste your time. I would give it no stars if I could.

I did two shops for this company. Once in late October 2020 and one in early November 2020 and have yet to be compensated for either. This company does not return phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE NOTHIG BUT A BIG SCAM

Ive completed 7 shops worth $5 and 1 worth $4. They basically decided to cancel 7 shops once I completed them without telling me the reasons so I had to email them. Whoever is managing their projects is unclear and inconsistent in their guidelines. They also go in and change the guidelines once you start doing shops and attach incorrect sample surveys. I would stay away from this company. Its better to spend your time with another company that is honest and will pay you. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This company became a scam: they have people in other cities do secret shops at their own expense and then dont reimburse and dont pay for work done

This is an outstanding and trustworthy company. It has been a great supplement to my income. I was skeptical about secret shopping in the beginning due the plethora of scams. However, this company pays when they say they will and have great assignments. Many of them are quite simple as well. I encourage all to sign up.

I enjoy working for Best Mark. They offer great assignments and pay when they say. They give direct instructions on how to submit assignments and have rules. They also call if you forget to go on an assignment. Its been 6 months and I havent had an issue with them apart from not receiving my check then having to pay a small fee to have it sent to me again to another address.

Vero poor customer service. They have poor instructions and very rude customer service. I left 2 voicemails with clear messages what my concern is and then I called the third time, and that’s between 24 hours, not like within an hour without giving them enough time(working days Thursday-Friday). Third time someone picked up and treated me super poorly. They might be not a scam but act like one.At the end the person who I talked to confirmed how’s everything done but I had to pull words out of his mouth. They certainly need to recruit more people or have proper instructions in place if they don’t want anyone to call them.

Ive done occasional jobs for Bestmark for the last 4 years. I have always gotten paid what they told me they would pay. Especially worthwhile if you have a newer GMC, Buick, or Chevy, you will get paid to get oil changes.

Cancelled me, then refused to pay for a shop and your unable to get ahold of anyone! Poor service!

On December 13th 2017 at 12pm I called Bestmark and asked them a question about a shop. Ms. Janet; who claimed to be the manager, I noticed she was very rude to me when I tried to understand how much you get paid for a mystery shop. I told her I dont like how she is disrespecting me and I told her this not working can you please get rid of my Bestmark account and I notice she hurried up and said yes we can do that....there you go like she was ready for me to quit. im thinking to myself why hire me and you know you dont want me there or why hire me and you know you are trying to treat me like a slave that is very ignorant. They will work you to death and they will pay you less sad. I thought about calling Ms. Janet and cursing her out and try to make her lose her job but I remember in Exodus 14:14 God will fight for you: you just need to be still. I remember when God fought for me more than 10 times in my life and I believe he will do it again because I trust him and I know he will make a way. I remember in Matthew 6:14 If you forgive the ones who did you wrong, God will forgive you. God I accept what she did to me, I forgive her, and I bless her in the name of Jesus.

DO NOT DO A SHOP FOR THIS PLACE unless you want to waste your time and not be paid. Filling the survey out alone was not enough, started contacting me like a debt collector repeatedly wanting more information on and on.

I called the bank to verify the cashier check sent and it was fraudulent. I called Bestmatk and inquired about it. They told me as well that it was not from them. Watch the scams.
