Very nice people. I found out after filling out an application that they don’t have the kind of storage I was looking for. Instead of being mad for wasting 15 minutes of their time, they went out of their way to tell me where I can find it. That’s going above and beyond!!

Clean. Secure. Friendly. Funny.Yes, funny. Get to know the staff and youll have a chuckle every time you visit. And, since humor isnt really the only reason to choose a storage place, you should also know that they work with you to figure out your best, most cost-effective storage options, they keep the grounds very sharp and clean, and the security is great - both a main gate and alarms for each unit. Plenty of room for parking and for pulling in with a huge moving truck, too.We really miss seeing Tom and Mike on a regular basis, even though we are glad to have our stuff back out of storage!

This place is my savior! I had a storage unit at public storage across the Street and they just scraped me over the coals. These guys are not only a better priced place, but they are extremely nice and friendly, and are always waving and helping out when they can. They also have bettet security than most and also covered drive up spots. I would highly recommend this storage facility

This is a well-managed facility. We stored my mothers estate good here for many years. It is easy to access and is a secure and safe facility with clean and spacious storage spaces. I would highly recommend it.

I have been a customer of North Star Mini Storage for over 3 years. I find the price for my unit to be very reasonable. The security is great! They have a security gate and many security cameras. My storage unit even has its own alarm. The lot is very well lit and the facility is always nicely maintained. Mike and Tom (the managers) have been there the entire time and they are very friendly. AND, they work with me. I have an occasional need to store a snowmobile trailer for a night or two AND they allow it! It is nice to work with guys that take their job seriously and are happy to do it. I highly recommend North Star Mini Storage.

Really great facility and friendly helpful people. Grounds are always clean and tidy. I looked around a bit and this place is the best. Based on location and quality of the facility their rates are as good as I have found.

Easy, secure access, clean facility and friendly staff. Climate controlled as well as standard units available at reasonable cost. They also offer discounts if you pre-pay for 6 months or a year.

We went in today to take a look at a unit, and they were super friendly when we went in. They showed us a 5x15 and a 10x10, not climate controlled, so it was alittle chilly with how cold the weather was. They were so helpful though and we ended up getting the 10x10 unit today and really enjoyed their nice, honest, and genuine personalities and how smoothly it was to sign up for a unit and gain entry. The price for what you get is great!!!

I have used North Star Mini Storage for over 15 years and have ALWAYS found the employees there and they have always been extreme helpful and friendly. The complex, the buildings, and the common areas of the buildings have always been clean and free of debris. Everything is secure, well lite and clean of snow during the winter season. This place and the two gentlemen that run it cant be beat!
