We recently had Century Duct Cleaning clean our dryer vent. I was able to schedule an appointment two days ahead of time with a one-hour arrival window. The technicians arrived within the one-hour time frame and were extremely professional. They wore masks and shoe covers and left the house immaculately clean. The service was quick, and our dryer works perfectly. Thank you for a job well done, gentlemen!

They called ahead of time to reaffirm their arrival time, they were a few minutes early of the service window they had given us and their time estimate of how long it would take was almost spot on as well, they explained to me early on that due to previous owners neglect the cleaning may take a little longer than the original estimate and their new estimate, an extra half hour There were no complaints about the result. The name Century Duct Cleaning comes highly recommended.

The company our apartment usually went with did not even look in the furnace despite it being coated with maybe 20 years of dust. Additionally they were very respectful of our space as I work from home, my wife was sick, and we have a baby. They were professional, efficient, considerate, and thorough. Scheduling was easy and painless. The gentlemen arrived a little early but called first to make sure it was OK. Then he let me know what he was going to do and the time-frame. He let me know based on the house that the package I chose would be best, there was a higher one but wouldnt be needed in my situation. He got to it and followed through with everything he said he was going to do. Much appreciated. Will definitely use again!

My overall experience was pretty positive. I obviously dont have much to say about how the technicians worked because its kind of hard to describe the elaborate equipment in words. What I will say though is that the cleaning had a significant impact on the freshness of the interior air. So in my opinion they got the job done, and thats all I can ask for.
