Thai Pham is an outstanding Veteran Service Officer! He is the best respectful, responsible, loyal and flexible person you would ever meet. He is very attentive and detail oriented to veterans needs. He helped find my family housing in less than 24 hours in a safe, clean location. And he also made sure we had all of our personal needs and wants met. If your new to the Minneapolis area and your a Vet, make sure to come to this office and asked for Thai Pham.

Im updating this review, I got a hold of the supervisor for the VSOs and he has been good to work with. Hes been on top of things and gives his due consideration when responding. The rest of this text is my old review.The old VSOs were good, they got me where I am now, its unfortunate they moved on. I wanted to give the newly assigned VSO a chance. She gave me her opinion without hearing my side when I told her I wanted to pursue further disability claims. I attempted to explain what was new and why it is important but she remained close minded and left further e-mails unanswered. She then blocked my e-mail when I requested a new VSO.Im upset because I have new medical information thats important to my case. I discussed my case with an American Legion rep and a Ramsey county VSO and both believe I have a case worth pursuing.

I’ve gone thru 2 reps now, Lynn Lyons and Sarah McGinty and they were completely useless. Get an attorney or work with someone else because these people do not care about you and will ignore every attempt you make to reach out. Waste of tax dollars.

It has taken me at least a month, or more, to even get a reply back from my VSO. I had to contact the director before I had gotten my last response. My emails and voice messages never get returned, and there is an issue with my retirement that has been being looked into with no progress since February (It is now October).
