I was leery at first, because the Global Market felt almost deserted and the CMTC kiosk was all locked up when I arrived, but Martin appeared at the appointed time, replaced my cracked IPhone screen in a matter of minutes and charged a very fair price. I took in an iPad with a cracked screen about a week later and dropped it off. He had to order the replacement part so that took about a week. That work was also done at a fair price. Hopefully, my run of broken screens has come to an end, but it I ever need repairs again, I would go back to Martin in a heartbeat!

So I put two stars here because originally it was a fair exchange. He charged me 160$ to fix my iPhone XR. Took him about 20-25 minutes. I was very thankful. Not even a week later it fell off my bed (which is extremely close to the floor) and also has a case on it. Well it cracked again but minimal cracks. It is on the left side of my screen so I ignored it and thought I’d just let it go and still use it. Well last night I noticed that the screen/led is discolored and makes it hard to see my screen now. It comes and goes like every 15 minutes. I’ve had this happen on my old iPhone XS MAX and very soon I couldn’t see anything on the phone screen to do anything. So I called the guy who fixed my phone about a week and a half ago and asked him if he could fix my screen for cheap or free since I literally just paid him $160 and he asked for another $120 to refix my phone. I asked him if he could do it for $60 since a week ago I just gave him 160$ and that would be a grand total of 220$ to fix a phone. He said no. I asked him to call me and this man does not let me speak barely at all, he is yelling. I said very few things and said sir you don’t need to yell. He responded with “you’re messing with my business and saying my screens are cheap”. I was obviously getting no where with this man so I hung up. Very unprofessional of him and after I said I’d be leaving a review he sent me a text threatening to show screenshots of our texts. I encourage it actually. I wouldn’t mess with this dude.

Had my phone screen fixed here Sunday afternoon for almost $100, and within two days without dropping it whatsoever the screen completely stopped working and I had to purchase an entirely new replacement phone from my cell phone provider. Tried to call the number listed and it went straight to voicemail with a full voicemail inbox. Will NOT be coming back ever OR recommending to others. Don’t waste your money.
