Our story starts in a desirable neighborhood of South Minneapolis and a beautifully maintained single family home on a quirky small lot. Second part of the story is the homeowners, who were taken with a particular condo layout in a particular building downtown. (That’s us...quirky and particular!) We knew this was not going to be an easy task, and it became known as threading the needle. Annalie diligently watched the market to make sure we were priced right, providing weekly updates, and Shayna scoured the market to find us sales in the building. In the end it all came together and moved so fast. Annalie and Shayna were by our side through it all, and they continue to be by our side even afterwards. The entire time we knew they were there for us and making sure we got our dream home (condo in our case). Annalie even babysat our cats the weekend of the open house.We had interviewed several realtors prior to choosing Annalie and her team. Although the others were perfectly fine, we instantly had a trust with Annalie that she could get us what we wanted. Fast forward the story to now, in our new condo in the particular building and layout we wanted, and it’s been everything we hoped it would be. I can’t say enough about Annalie, Shayna, and team. We plan to stay here a long time. But if we ever have to go on this wild journey again, I know they will be with us every step of the way.
