He is absolutely the best – I can’t say enough good things about him. He is right on top of things, keeping us informed right away and anticipating potential issues before they become real problems. He goes far beyond what I consider to be the normal responsibilities of a realtor: helping us with staging, letting contractors in, arranging for a housekeeper and offering to pay her in our absence, etc. In our last sale we were out of town during the whole process, and we were totally comfortable leaving it in Chris’ hands.
