Bed bugs are a horrible experience as everyone knows. Im just now healing up from the numerous bites which is a relief. Naturally, we had a lot of questions about the thermal remediation process. Jeff was very available for any and all of the questions and concerns we had. We were apprehensive to hire a big pest control company so knowing that the owner/primary stake holder in the business was on site and in charge was a great comfort. We also read some horror stories about companies coming in and being careless with peoples possessions during the remediation process. When we came home it was undoubtedly a mess but there was no sign of carelessness. To top it off, he offers a four month warranty to ensure the effectiveness of his work. For fast (it took him from 10 am-6pm) and chemical free treatment, I highly recommend Jeff and his one man crew.

The Bed Bug Guys are the best! After moving into a new home, we discovered we had a horrible infestation from the prior tenants. Our landlord was not cooperative but luckily we called the Bed Bug Guys and Jeff and his team took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also took the time to inform us about our rights as tenants, which was very appreciated. Its been about a month and weve been bed bug free! 5/5 would highly recommend!

So, Ive actually had to deal with this twice now (two different minor infestations, four years apart, from different sources), and I can say... If you have a bed bug problem, Jeff is the person to call about it! He is super knowledgeable about bed bugs--much more so than other pest control companies, since he specializes in dealing with them. He can tell you all about the countless products related to bed bugs, including the various DIY traps, treatments, and other things, and which are worth investing in and which are a waste of time (most are a waste of time). Most importantly, he knows how to kill the little buggers for good! The heat treatment is thorough and effective and comes with a warranty period, which is great! He was also incredibly nice to us, and did a follow-up dusting of the place for free (laying out a dust that dries out the bugs if any survive--though this was more for my psychological security than anything, as the heat treatment effectively kills them all). Hes extremely thorough and efficient! Hell help you figure out where the bugs are coming from and make sure the problem is fully eliminated. I cant recommend him enough. Seriously, this guy knows his business. Once hes through with the treatment, you can sleep easy knowing the bugs are gone!

This is Rick from Hopkins, MN and I just want to start off by saying “thanks Jeff”. I had bed bugs and first noticed them on Sunday evening this July. I called Jeff Monday morning and he was over at my house within a couple hours to meet with me. Then the very next day he came with all his equipment, heated our house up nice and hot (135 degrees) and killed ALL the bed bugs. He was very friendly and careful; he did not damage anything in our home, even with the extreme heat that is needed. It has been over a week now and there is no sign of any surviving Blood Sucking Vampires, thanks to the BED BUG GUYS!Thanks,Rick

I own a quad-plex and tenants informed me on a Sunday afternoon that they had been fighting a losing battle to bed bugs for a couple weeks. I called Bed Bug Guys that evening, and Jeff took my call and walked through the process. He showed up that Monday morning ready to treat the one unit, but recommended we inspect all units. Sure enough we found additional signs in the unit below the initial one. Jeff had plenty of equipment to treat both units, plus the common laundry room. He turned up the heat to 135 degrees and held it there for almost 5 hours. Two weeks later and tenants report no signs of bed bugs since. If a few did survive, though, Bed Bug Guys include follow-up treatment warranty at a drastically reduced cost. The apartments did look like a tornado blew through them after the treatment, but Jeff is careful to ensure all items that can be damaged by the heat are removed prior to treatment. Jeff is a no nonsense guy who is going to give it to you straight and provide the very best treatment available to exterminate these bed buggers. I would highly recommend Bed Bug Guys.

I had an issue at my duplex. These guys showed up and killed all of them, and honored our contract and did a follow up when presented with a couple that survived the initial treatment. Bee free for five months now, and I can honestly say that the owner is an expert and professional. He takes the job seriously and gets it done right.

We went St. Louis for the death of my mother and brought back some bed bugs from a hotel we stayed at. After we continued getting bitten by bed bugs after the first exterminator, we reached out to the Bed Bug Guys. They were very responsive, brought out a detection canine, and heat-treated the house. IMMEDIATE elimination. If you are looking for cheap, you might not get what you are looking for. If youre looking for effective, look no further.

Reached out to Jeff to have inspections at a multi-unit community after reading so many positive reviews. At first, Jeff seemed responsive- was willing to get out on-site quickly, and was willing to provide the semi-invasive info we need to set up service.. Shortly after I passed him along to my boss- he asked her if he could use the pool.. we were surprised at the lack of professionalism and then it got WORSE! Day of, we still didnt have the necessary paperwork, and when trying to talk with Jeff he hung up on us. Canceled service and wasted our time.

I had a nervous breakdown when I realized we got bed bugs for a second time in one year. I instantly got online to look for an exterminator and The Bed Bug Guys was one of the first on the list. I instantly contacted them, he gave me a quote and said they could come that Tuesday. With my dad being a truck driver, they even suggested getting his truck treated, so my dad brought his tractor home and they were able to treat it at the same time of doing the house. Here we are a month later and no signs of bed bugs. Crossing fingers and toes we can go this year without their visit. Thank You Bed Bug Guys!!

The owner, Jeff is erratic and unpredictable. Stay away. When I asked him for a better rate he did the opposite and raised his quote. Then he threatened to report me to the city for allowing a bedbug infestation to persist. I found a much better company for half the price and better warranty. Awful business practices!!

We were devastated when we discovered that we had bed bugs! I couldn’t sleep for days after I found out, just imagining the creepy little bugs crawling all over my skin… I spent my nights searching for ways to get rid of them. All things pointed to heat treatment, but it seemed like that was out of our reach financially. I called around and found out that not only did the Bed Bug Guys offer a payment plan, but they were also the only company I found that offered a guarantee! Turns out that wasn’t even necessary; after the treatment was complete the bed bugs were gone for good:)

He’s inappropriate, rude, nasty, and disrespectful. Even after he came out we still had to call another professional company to come out. It was a nightmare
