They took great care of me.... and my car!

I got a oil change, and tire rotation, with power steering pump and water pump replacement, my tire monitor was on and they didnt correct it, nor did I get the sticker for the oil change to return next. ( probably not)

They charged me for services they said were required to keep the warranty on my vehicle. However, these services were not required for my warranty and they were charging me for them. I tried to argue that I did not want to pay for these services that were not required and I did not ask for. I asked to speak to the manager to resolve this and remove the charges. I was told the manager was not there and that he would call me later to resolve the issue. I was never called by the manager and was never reimbursed. I was extremely upset with the experience and will not return here for my service.

The BEST service team in the Twin Cities! The Service Manager was AMAZING. Clean facility, quick service, very accommodating, effective and functional drop off. This place is a well oiled machine. Everything youd expect from the Luther name!

1st off Id like to say that I like this dealership. Derek has been great to work with! However, my most recent service experience has left me less than satisfied. I purchased my vehicle in the middle of May 2019 and the vehicle was sold to me with tires that had Marginally acceptable tread(5/32) I went in for service the other day(7/7), had the oil changed and the tires rotated(complementary)along with a multipoint inspection that I paid $30 for. After leaving the dealership I noticed a vibration and brought it back as soon as I could To bring it to their attention. I was told to remedy the issue I would need to spend either $70 to balance the tires or $700 to replace them. I am hurt and confused as to why I am responsible to correct an issue that was created by service that was done on my vehicle. I chose to buy my vehicle at Luther when I had the alternative to by the same vehicle with less miles and more options (and better tires) at Walser. I feel like Im beginning to regret my choice.

Such an ease to check in

I bought a Corvette with them, I only see one person concerned and trying to help... Ted Gebre (he is the finance guy), he was the dealer, the accountant, everything, friday and no one there with the knowledge about the car, also the car inside was dirty (not Ted fault) he was doing absolutely everything to leave a happy customer, the 4⭐ are only for him.

Excellent service

Terrible service. My car wouldn’t start, got it towed there. They kept it for four days and “couldn’t find anything wrong” but still charged me $100 for a diagnostic! A day later the car wouldn’t start again.. absolutely ridiculous to think they even tried to fix it.
