Beautiful hotel! Parking was easy. The staff were all super helpful and friendly! The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. Good location too if you are into the night life! Also not far from the US Bank stadium! I will definitely be staying here again next time I go to a vikings game

Nice. Simple explanation, but it is factual, all in a good way. Location - spot on. Modern and stylish and the staff were all pleasant (which is not always the case in MN. believe me). The rooms were clean and tidy. The downfall is the lack of an in house restaurant, granted the hotel is small, so I guess that is what you might expect that, but still it was a shame. All in all good value and good service.

I highly recommend this Marriott. The rooms are super modern, clean, no nasty carpet. Luv the bathroom especially the shower. The staff has been friendly and helpful. 👍

Deceptive advertising; shows 139$ and then is 198$ at checkout (with no tax). I dont mind paying the 60$, but the FTC has taken multiple cases against this double pricing :/.You guys have great staff, and the building is very nice. Keep up the good work, and sorry for the complaint

Stayed here one night. Its a fine hotel for the price. Close to the rail station. Cool bathroom. Mini fridge and couch. Big TV with a decent amount of channels. Friendly staff.

It was a great place to visit with friends from out of town in the lobby area. The rooms were quiet and very clean. The front office or front line workers that night were excellent in their help as well as seeing them deal with difficult people was so refreshing in current times.

I took my fiancee to the AC Hotel by Marriott Minneapolis for Memorial day weekend to enjoy our time at Mall of America. She was very pleased with how we were treated. The workers were very kind and our room was quite exquisite to say the least. We stayed about three days. I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed for a wedding weekend. Staff was beyond helpful and we honestly felt like we were the only guests they had to attend to. Our smallest requests were granted, the rooms were spotless and they made our weekend away much easier.

Positive: I had the worst experience booking and basically living in my car memorial weekend. You have the worst customer service. I want my money back!! I literally hate your company. Negative: The staff was rude, the lobby bathrooms were overflowing with waste. Not sanitary not professional. Just a disgusting hotel. Do not recommend!!!

Positive: The location was close to Target Field and we had a short walk to get to the game. Negative: The road construction was terrible. I was woke up both nights we stayed- fist night by driunk people in the hall and the second night some alarm in the hall was going off at 3 am. Also- I had prepaid for my room and was recharged- so paid for it twice!

The room was great! Had a bad experience with the bar tender of the hotel. She was very rude to all of my friends and then when I tried to order a drink, I was denied because of my TRIBAL ID. I can board planes with this ID but not buy a drink, pretty sure that’s illegal. There was no issue with me checking in using that ID either. But other than that the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Positive: Ehhh... well see below Negative: road construction everywhere and no signage to find the entrance. our room was on the 3rd floor which was directly acrossfrom a nightclub that stays open til 3 it had to have 445 by the time it cleared out enough to droun out everyone outside to sleep ic

Did not stay at hotel for the night, however I was at the bars nearby and rufied and in a dangerous situation. The security guard found me outside and got me to safety and gave me his charger to use because my phone was dead and followed me into the Lyft safely, I would not have made any It home without his help, I couldn’t barely stand when he found me. Thankyou so much for AC hotel and your amazing staff 🤗🤗

The facilities and amenities are great, maybe would have expected a continental breakfast but not really surprised that the only option they have cost $16. Stayed with a friend who lost her mind cuz she was using a needle with the two hardest drugs there are and not taking care of herself or sleeping. Hopefully she doesnt die in that room.

My husband and I stayed a full week, and our room was only serviced once, and that was only because I had to go to the front desk and request it. Had to go ask for clean towels, toilet paper, coffee to be restocked, or trash to be emptied several times as a result. Very disappointed.

It is one thing to charge top dollar for a room. But to have a hidden parking fee that is 5 times the going rate is unacceptable. Two stars because everything else was ok. If you are going to stay, do yourself a favor and park a block or two away. Ripoff.

Nice clean quiet. Once road construction is done will be a little easier. Check out the Minneapolis city owned ABC parking garages. Ramp C is just a few blocks away. Over the weekend it was 5 bucks compared to 45+ on site. Also. Be careful parking as day rates are not always 24 hours. Some restart a new day at 5 am, so what seemed like a good deal is not. Overall hotel was great, staff friendly so we will stay here again.

WOW! If you are looking to stay in the downtown Minneapolis area, look no farther. The hotel staff go above and beyond at this location. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for our stay due to the proximity of the light rail station and nightlife. The hotel guest rooms were absolutely beautiful and spotless. When you walk into the lobby you are instantly welcomed by the staff and a fresh scent. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

We reserved a room block for our wedding at the AC Marriott. Vivian helped organize our rooms and made the process smooth and easy. The location made it extremely convenient with our wedding being at the Lumber Exchange - the buildings are right next door to each other. Our guests loved the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was great to have a bar in the lobby for guests. Our guests that used the airport were able to use the Light Rail and be dropped off close to the hotel. The only issue was the construction made the entrance difficult to find.

We stayed in this hotel 7 months ago as we planned a cross country road trip, and I still remember how great this hotel was. Spent two nights here and we were put in a corner room with a great view of downtown. The staff was great, and the downtown was very fun to explore. When we come back to Minneapolis, we will be staying here again!

Got a very inexpensive room, under $100 on a Saturday night. Didnt expect much, but it was one of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed at. Very clean, everything was updated and modern. Shower was amazing! Ill look to this hotel first for all my future stays in Minneapolis.

Average hotel with minimal amenities.

For the price I had no bathtub to soak in, no microwave, no 4g bars and for the life of me I could not find the light switches without a lot of fumbling. The clerks at the front desk during the day though were absolutely charming. Night time not so much. I feel I paid 100 extra bucks for 3 blocks worth of convenience. I will walk the 3 blocks next time.

When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk lady was awesome every nice and helpful. Upon entering the room it was not clean and ready. The M.O.D was nice and apologized and gave us a new room. The security man walked us to the new room (Very nice, good customer service). Once entering room #2 he said check it out make sure you like it before I leave. I checked it was better then room #1 but needed to be swept/vacuumed. He (security) said call down and they will have someone send something up. It was late, so I figured I would wait until the next day since we would be spending a few night at the hotel. I asked the cleaning lady to please sweep/vacuum. After running a few errands in the morning, we returned to room #2 still not being properly cleaned but beds where made. I had to call the front desk for the second time to get a broom, since at this point am ready to clean the room myself. A lady comes up to vacuum/mop. All staff have been very nice and pleasant. Cleaning needs work.

We really enjoyed our stay at the AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown! Besides the location being great the hotel is really fantastic. I appreciated that you have to scan your room key to get into the hotel - helps keep the non hotel folks away which is important when downtown gets crazy busy. The room was great. The bed was really comfortable, there were hard floors instead of carpet which was awesome because its much cleaner feeling and looking. The best part was the bathroom. The bathroom was very large with great counter space and the shower was fabulous - it has double shower heads. Our stay was great, we would definitely stay again when in town and would highly recommend to others.

Ive never stayed at a hotel with a better staff. Truly felt comfortable in the space. The front desk, lobby, Room Service and even Maintenance absolutely nailed their responsibilities and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable. As a business traveler, it means a lot when a hotel staff puts so much work into making your stay better. Fitness facility was one of the best of any Marriott branded hotel Ive stayed at, Breakfast was very good and Bar had many choices of drinks and some incredible local beers.Quick Note: The toiletries provided in the bathroom (Lotion, Shampoo etc.) were poor quality, so bring your own if these things matter much to you.

Stayed the night for a birthday party at the Gay 90s. The front desk man that checked us in made sure we were on the same floor as our friends without us asking, he just overheard us visiting with them and hoping. The hot cocoa bar in the lobby was perfect after the chilly walk we did across the street. The night channel was amazing. We fell asleep to the sound of rainfall. Lovely place overall.

Downtown location and light rail from the airport were reasons we stayed here as all our other activities downtown were within walking distance from the AC.All the staff we interacted with were quite pleasant and informative. The room was somewhat minimalistic. We were given an 8th floor room facing the back so cant address street or construction noise others have written about. Our room was quite quiet.The Senior price we paid, via the Marriott website, beat all other online website prices and was a good value.Breakfast was a bit overpriced, but offered a good variety.

Service is great and the location is conveniently close to Target center. The rooms are nice. Water bottles are stocked in fridge in room. The bar has a small but good menu. They serve food till 10:30 and are open late for drinks. The rooms are clean and a good size although views out the window and hot and miss depending what direction you are facing.

The AC Hotel in Minneapolis was absolutely amazing. The location was perfectly located near downtown and an array of restaurants. The decor of the hotel was sophisticated and chic yet comfortable. Th e room was spacious and the bed was heaven on earth. They also give their guest the option to stream Netflix, Hulu etc... very convenient. They also have a cute lounge and bar area which sales light snacks and drinks which had a nice ambiance to relax and unwind which is much needed after a conference. My overall stay was great and I would stay here again!

Contemporary, appealing and very elegantly done hotel. It is maintained very well too. It is almost in the middle of downtown and walkable to most offices and attractions in downtown. The tram station is very close too. I also liked the fact that the access was secured and nobody could just walk in. The breakfast spread was decent too. I would have liked a bit more hot options but I would still rate it a 5 stars.

If youre thinking of having a ladies night, this Hennepin Avenue Hotel is extremely convenient. First of all I noticed it had a great amount of security. Then when I checked in at the lobby I knew I was going to be getting first class service. When I saw my hotel room, I felt at ease. There was a beautiful view of Hennepin Avenue. My girlfriends had a blast going to the restaurants and clubs and we all enjoy the amenities that night.

I had a great experience at the AC Hotel.We stayed for a bachelorette party since it is literally across the street from all the fun bars i.e. Gay 90s, etc.Check-in was easy. Parking was easy. Front desk was super nice and recognized our party.Rooms were very modern and sleek. I could die for that rain shower bathroom.The bed was king sized and super duper comfy.I would definitely return. Price wasnt bad either.

I’ve stayed here four times. It’s a very clean and quiet hotel. And a good location in downtown. The bar food is bad. Don’t eat here if you have the time to go anywhere else.. The bar drinks are a little expensive. However the wait staff is very friendly and the front desk staff staff is very kind. I will continue to stay here.

Pretty decent hotel close to plenty of restaurants and whole foods. Everything here is fairly basic. My biggest complaint is that its hard to get picked up here. The gym is also pretty basic.

This hotel is upscale, high end business professional and is also great for going to the 90’s. Especially if you like to crossdress. The luxury of just having to cross the street in Minnesota winter to go to the 90’s is a huge plus. The building is super safe and highly secure. Keycard access to enter the building at all hours followed by keycarded elevators. Parking is a pro and a con to this hotel. You definitely want to enter the courtyard first to check in so you don’t have to lug your luggage through the parking ramp. But there’s only like 8 spots for cars to off load and load luggage. Livery drivers and hotel staff also use those spots. So if they are all taken your only option is to park in the garage to unload your stuff. Also a plus for smokers of course the entire hotel is non smoking. But you have access to the courtyard for smoking which it has some protection from the elements way better than being asked to smoke outside on the sidewalk downtown like other locations.

Modern hotel located in the theater district so there are plenty of options for entertainment just a short walk away. Sometimes the modern farmhouse styling doesnt quite land but it usually works. The rooms are nice, the AC is good, which is a must for the summer there.Biggest complaints would be that a) the bathrooms definitely go for form over function, with an uncomfortable square toilet, a sliding door that doesnt lock, and no fan whatsoever, and b) breakfast is not included, which at this price point is kinda ridiculous.Overall I liked it and would consider staying again.

The hotel is hip and elegant in the heart of the DT music scene, close to tons of activities, theater, sports arenas, and lots of good restaurants and flavors to choose from. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Special thanks to Zharah, you’re one in a million! Courteous, efficient, consistent, and places the customer above all. If you travel a lot, and appreciate customer service, you’ll understand when I say, thank you Zharah for restoring my faith in the fact that, at least at AC Minneapolis DT anyway, excellent customer service standards aren’t dead.

Located in busy downtown zone. Traffic and congestion from construction. Parking garage is convenient though tight. High parking cost. Rooms were modern and clean. Did not feel cozy. Nice shower, bed sleeps ok. No complimentary breakfast, not standard American breakfast foods. Would not stay again. This hotel is not to my taste and not good cost value.

This hotel was one of the best Ive stayed at. The check in process was easy, the parking ramp was easily accessible and the rooms were nice and clean. Wished I could have stayed longer. The location is also great because youre right in the heart of downtown bars.

Good clean hotel in a great area of Minneapolis- secure and safe with access card to enter the hotel building. Arrived on Sunday evening to find some weekend party in the parking lot opposite the hotel that continued to 10pm I think - that was disturbing given the fact I was on a 15 hour flight. But other than the noise on only one day everything else was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Complimentary coffee on offer especially in the morning.I attended a conference at the convention center, I walked as the weather was great, but generally always have taxi close by.

I’m unique that I don’t need bells and whistles. This property was nice and had everything you could need for a business trip. Nothing was done over the top and nothing was messed up. Great staff, clean room, and decent location. Recommended.

This hotel was beautiful. The bridal suite didnt have a lot of natural light but was large. The other rooms were nice. We didnt have a remote for our tv but it did just shut off at some point so that was nice but otherwise a little annoying.

I Love this Hotel!! Possibly the best interior decor of any hotel Ive stayed in. Very Boutique feel, modern without being cold. A great balance of comfort and style. The staff has been welcoming and accommodating. The placement /location of the AC is great for visitors because its a few blocks away from the Light Rail -Blue Line, and within walking distance of a whole bunch more. Very impressed, overall.

The lobby was inviting as were the restaurant and bar. The rooms are comfy and very Euro. We would stay here again. I’m not particularly pleased with the breakfast offered, but it was decent food but very pricey if you go to the buffet.

AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown has the most awesome staff I have ever experienced. My husband and I were treated like true valued guests and well taken care of. The rooms are fresh, clean and comfy and the public areas were kept clean & fresh smelling the entire time we were there. Parking is convenient and the breakfast buffet was a great experience. The hotel is situated in a very lively area of town but we always felt comfortable being out and about.

It was fantastic, we were greeted by a doorman in a hat, Tom I think his name was. He told us about all the amenities the hotel offered and gave us great options for dining. Check-in went smoothly by a friendly young lady named Nikki? Everything was five star! We will be back.

Marriott deserves better. Great hotel, beautiful. The front desk person when i arrived was a complete disaster... unreal. The hotel has a very small bar where if youre not well placed strategically you may be ignored for a bit. That the bar doesnt have a great menu can be remedied by having a book with local restaurants which delivers in the room.

We really liked staying here! The hotel is very nice and the room was clean and roomy! The bed was so comfortable!! There was only a couple of things we didnt care for. The breakfast was good but, to us, was not worth $16 each. And the lighting in the bathroom was terrible for doing your makeup. But those are both things that can be looked past! Overall, we will stay there again and it was great!

The AC hotel in downtown Minneapolis is a great base of operations for your stay in the twin cities. It’s located in easy walking distance of many sports and entertainment venues as well as the walking bridge over the Mississippi River. There is also access to low cost commuter rail services for the wider region. The AC hotel lobby is a great place to rest and plan your next outing or just relax. The staff is friendly and helpful around the clock and definitely friendly to sports fans (especially the Vikings). I had a great stay and you can too.

Nice hotel but the whole parking situation is weird and inconvenient. I cannot praise the hotel staff enough for helping me and my friends after having a rough night when some creep was following us in. I can overlook some gross stuff in our room because the service was so great. They have Deaf & Hard of Hearing accessible rooms which is fantastic and great, but they say hearing impaired which is offensive. So thats unfortunate.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire facility is kept up so well. It looks brand new. It smells amazing everywhere too. Very sophisticated and classy. The staff were very professional and provided quick quality service. The room appeared brand new as well. Parking was easy as well. They add it right on to the room, and send a QR bar code to your phone for ease of exiting the ramp. The ramp is also connected to the hotel. I have zero complaints, and look forward to staying here again!

I had been traveling a lot in the last week and had the chance to experience several hotels in numerous cities at various price points and this hotel blew my fancy stay hotel out of the water. Very reasonable price point for what we got. I loved how modern and efficient it was. USB ports and outlets perfectly placed. Rooms clean and great central downtown location. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Stylish hotel, friendly and accommodating staff! The area is being renovated so construction was everywhere. Once the ramp and downtown construction is complete (late 2017), the area will be amazing. The atmosphere changes at night but we never felt unsafe with the police precinct a block away. It definitely has a city-feel which is what we like. The hotel is an easy, safe walk to and from Target Field. Will definitely stay again.

Stylish hotel, friendly and accommodating staff! The area is being renovated so construction was everywhere. Once the ramp and downtown construction is complete (late 2017), the area will be amazing. The atmosphere changes at night but we never felt unsafe with the police precinct a block away. It definitely has a city-feel which is what we like. The hotel is an easy, safe walk to and from Target Field. Will definitely stay again.

Very sleek and modern, but still very comfortable. Super clean. Wood floors in the rooms! Wow! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Neighborhood is perhaps not the safest but hotel security is very good. Just perhaps dont go walking around alone outside the hotel after dark.
