The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the atmosphere there.

Many years of poor management up until mid-2015, but appears to be undergoing a turnaround and improvements in policies, procedures, training and management seem to have resulted in a turnaround which serves the clients better. It is a resource not otherwise present in the community.
