At 1st it was like i was saving alot of money. they told me it would be 1 price and they would call me before my card was charged. i never got any paperwork nor did i get a call that they were going to charge my card and when they did it was 100.00 more then what was quoted when we 1st made arrangements for the dumpster. i tried to call and no answer, no way of leaving a VM.. highly disguested and will never us them again. they cant return calls or send a invoice. there should of been no extra fees at all. they said couches were a 50 more. we did add a couch. however my husband took all the metal out of them and springs and so it was just a frame. so that shouldnt of been a extra cost as they said the only reason for the extra cost is going to be if there are springs in it.

The manager Jeff and his cohort Chris run this operation like a crime syndicate. Using strong arm tactics to secure unauthorized funds from your credit card and threatening you not to dispute the charges. This mob style approach to “customer service” will not be tolerated and I will be contacting the better business bureau! I gave 1 star because you can’t give 0 stars which is what they deserve!

I own ICF Construction, we have used Commercial Container for years. They are the best roll-off dumpster company.

Worst customer service. Manager Jeff was yelling on the phone as I am trying to explain to him what happened with the false information that was given to me by one of their employee. They keep your credit card number and will charge you without informing you.

Commercial Container is great! Ive used them three times and its always a good experience. They were helpful, prompt and easy to work with at great price! Cant go wrong with these guys!

Chris just yells on the phone for commenting on the fact their containers are not properly kept.

They have sub par customer service over the phone. Could not give a pick up time on our container, but well probably be charged for the weight if any neighbors decide to dump in the container while it waits to be picked up.
