Rypen has outstanding furniture. Top of the line quality. After falling in love with our Rypen sofa I went ahead and ordered an additional sofa and 2 chairs. The best thing about the furniture is that its kid safe. My 18 month old colored black permanent marker on the sofa and it came out without leaving a trace! Great costumer service and our pieces arrived in a timely manner.

Worst furniture company ever. Had a TV stand delivered and the guy wanted to leave it on a public sidewalk. Expecting me to move a 250 pound box by myself, I refused delivery so he drove around back and threw the box off his truck breaking the TV stand and drove off.

I waited 14 weeks for a coffee table. Then was told it was going to take another 6 weeks....20 weeks in total. I received an email this morning stating that they just took the item off their website so they will no longer be able to fulfill my order. Forget trying to call them, they dont pick up the phone or return emails. The only way to get a hold of someone is by calling 7-10 times in a row. This has been the worst furniture buying experience I can recall. I took a chance on this company and got burned...badly. Save yourself the trouble and do you furniture shopping elsewhere or youll be disappointed.

Just bought the absolute cutest Sling Lounge Chairs from Rypen. I received them quickly and it was a great experience!
