I just ordered two books for my accounting class, called Mark who answered all my question in a professional manner. Excellent customer service. Good prices on books and even offer fair shipping options.

My mother placed an online order for a book on May 1st, immediately after that the money was taken out of her account. On May 22nd, she still hadnt received / heard any updates about the order or the book and hadnt received it in the mail. She called on May 22nd and no one answered, so she left a voicemail explaining the story. The book arrived the next day and the package said it was mailed after she had called. I am more than certain she would not have received her book if she wouldnt have called. Its ridiculous to have to nag a company to send something out after almost of month after they took the money out of the bank account. Will not be revisiting this company.
