They have terrible communication skills&made me feel like I was a criminal when I was trying to exchange currency back with them. Will definitely wait until I travel abroad & exchange currency there even if it costs more.

Placed my order- usd for euro -online for pick up so there was no fee. On top of that I used my united airlines number and received a 1% discount AND a flyer mile for every dollar spent.I called to see if there was any chance I could pick early. Tina called me right back and I had actually already received an email it was ready. Luck was on my side. Tina has great customer service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my currency exchanges!You can also get free deliver for over 1,000$ if you can be present to sign for UPS.

Tina was very helpful. They didnt have as much Hungarian currency on hand as I has hoped, but I could have had more with 24-hours notice. Tina even helped me with a suggestion of where to park nearby.

Horrible customer service, the rep was rude and tried to rip me off when i went there to exchange my Euros for dollars trying to give me the dollar to Euro rate on top off adding their fee

$10 service charge on top of a short-scale “buy” rate. It’s easy to fleece when you’re the only game in town.

I had 500 saudi note. But they dont want to exchange in to usd boomer
