Philip and his crew are absolutely amazing. They offer the best customer service you will find anywhere. The original delivery I had coordinated with them was incomplete, NOT by Platinums responsibility; the place from which they had picked up the original order did not provide the complete order. Which means I had to send Platinum out a second time to pick up the rest of the order and make a second delivery. Despite NOT being the responsibility of Platinum Courier, Philip was very generous and worked with me on the total delivery cost incurred. I was extremely impressed with his thoughtful customer service. I will definitely use them, and I wouldnt even bother looking elsewhere if you need a courier. You found the best!

Platinum Courier Service came through for our business, Paddle North, in a big way. We had a paddle board delivered 1.5 hours away, within 3 hours of purchase - that just cant be beat. Truly the best courier service ever, or rather best service anywhere for that matter! Philip went absolutely above and beyond to deliver birthday cheer to a far away loved one. When the bakery refused to accept a phone order or provide delivery, I called Platinum Courier, and they saved the day. Calling from the east coat, Philip even helped select the cupcakes over the phone with me, and ensured next morning delivery right on time. He and his driver even typed up a card to accompany the treats. Ive never had such tremendous customer service anywhere -- a model for every other business. I couldnt recommend them more!
