I contacted Minneapolis PC Repair about a pc motherboard issue. Malcom was quick to respond. He was able to stop in, switch hard drives, connect a second monitor and diagnose an email problem. He is very professional and I would recommend this company for future projects.

If I could give Malcom more starts, I would. But 5/5 will have to do I guess.Ive got a high end gaming computer that was specifically built for flight simulation in the P3D world with PMDG add on aircraft. I started having issues with it and also had issues with Microsoft 365. I summoned Malcoms help for the 365 issue mainly, to help me find the root cause as to why I couldnt reinstall it. Not only did Malcom figure that out, but he also fixed a different issue with the P3D flight simulator application as well and got me back into the virutal skies. Honestly, I thought the P3D issues were going to have to be resolved by P3D support. But Malcom, being the expert that he is, figured those issues out as well. He went above and beyond.Malcom isnt your ordinary corporate IT guy. Hes the one those guys all go to when they cant figure stuff out.Highly recommended and Ill be a return customer if the P3D flight sim application ever starts acting up again. This guy knows whats hes doing and will get your machine up and running again, better than it was before.

Minneapolis PC repair featured prompt responses, highly skilled technicians, great communication and very reasonable pricing. My Apple MacBook Air was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Malcolm not only is a cool guy,but helped me get my dead laptop back up and running after I dropped it and damaged the screen! He not only replaced my Lenovo screen, he also updated my operating system to windows 10 as I was using windows 7 and apparently it was not going to get any further updates after January, so that saved me the possibility of getting malware and being hacked! Last Saturday my laptop updated Windows 10 and promptly crashed the system. I was stuck in an endless blue screen reboot loop. Running diagnostics and a system restore still brought me back to the blue screen.I use this computer in business so my panic was off the charts. Not being optimistic about a repair - especially on a weekend - I called Minneapolis PC Repair and within 2 hours dropped the laptop off for repair.Later that afternoon I received a text from Malcolm with a photo of the laptop - booted up - with the desktop as it was before the crash! My greatest fear had been that the operating system would need to be re-installed - which would have made program re-installs a time consuming and cumbersome task. I think that lesser qualified repair professionals would have taken that shortcut, but Malcolm came through spectacularly.If I could give 10 stars I would. Dont waste you time or money with anyone else - these people are the best in Minnesota.

Malcolm is the best! He recovered our family photos from a hard drive that we had been told was a lost cause. Sometimes I think about breaking computer-y stuff just so I can look like a hero when I know the right person to fix it.

Malcolm is always efficient and thorough. My laptops and desktops get used and abused and I am glad I have someone to fix my Macs at my business and home. He responds quickly and therefore I have no gaps in my workflow.

I borked my gaming PC and called Malcolm after a Google search for help. I am happy to say Malcom saved my computer. I am lazy about back up. When my computer would no longer boot I was panicked about losing my entire body of photos. I called Malcom.
