I made an early, pre-opening service request call because something suspicious was going on with my computer overnight. The ACOG phone message said that a staff member would call back and thats exactly what happened right at opening time. I was concerned about the specific computer I was working on and whether there might have been any further breech. Jason was great, did a quick diagnosis, took care of the suspicious situation on my computer and went further to check that the network wasnt compromised. Everything was all good to go with no further worries. Very grateful for the quick, kind resolution.
