I used this company 2 weeks ago to clean the kitchen hood at my restaurant. Their price is at the high end but they’ve done a good job of cleaning. However, they did not clean up after they are done & left a mess for the owner to clean up. In addition, they didn’t turn off the lights when they done. I called them & I got an apology email. They said they will correct the issue. So I let it go.A week later, they asked to access my restaurant space to clean the ducts for the restaurant below. Because of the history I have firmly remind them to clean up after they are done otherwise, there won’t be any next time. And yet they still left a mess. I sent them pictures and the company representative name “Brett” even dared to question me. This is totally unprofessional & disrespectful.I wasn’t plan to write this review on here and let them correct the issue, but after I received the response email from the representative “Brett” I decided to post this review.

Enviromatic has been cleaning the grease ducts at Canterbury Park for over 20 years. I have never had a problem with them doing excellent work. We have a lot of hood systems and they can bring out a bunch of crews and get them done in one night or if I need to spread out the times they will do that also. I will say they are great!!

Enviromatic is simply the BEST in the Biz! They do a very thorough job and ensure that everything is super nice and clean. We started out using a different company but since switching to EnViromatic they’ve gained our trust and business! Thank you Tim and team for all you do!-The Lotus Family

My husband use them, they not so good. To expenssive and the guys are not nice. The price is way to hight, so we change to different company.

Think twice about hiring this company. Moved to MN about a year ago, so I was not familiar with them - I guess they are all over though? Anyway, one of my business acquaintances formerly used them and we had a very long conversation comparing notes about their malpractices. I thought it was strange they have such high ratings, honestly I could not find one good thing to write about them.Exorbitant prices, terrible service. Perhaps reconsider, and if you have the displeasure of working with Mike or Don, I am sorry!

Comical attempt at service. Made 3 calls for an estimate from the only customer service rep, Tim. The third time, he said he couldnt remember me and has no record of me calling - even though we spoke on the phone twice....now we are closed for COVID but still burns me when they are supposed experts

I manage two stores from a major chain, and I have been trying to get rid of these guys for years. (Corporate games unfortunately) They are unprofessional, late, take frequent smoke breaks, if you call the Ops guy who works at night - he is always a total jerk. They call you before the job, after the job (sometimes twice) and multiple times to schedule the job. With all the communication that goes on, they still dont seem to know their back ends from their faces.

They have terrible communication, whenever you call in the people are really crabby and their prices are through the roof.

Called them thrice to schedule a quote for the hood cleaning in my restaurant. Never got a callback for rescheduling and never showed up.

These reviews are false and made up!!! This company is horrible, they DO NOT know how to treat there employees. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and do not train there employees properly. When you stand up to them and tell them something isn’t correct such as rushing out of restaurant to NOT clean and properly service a customer correctly, then they fire you and chump up bogus allegations on you...
