We hired Yep We Fix Carpet to patch our carpet in a few areas where our dog had chewed. They were very professional and talked us through how they would fix each area. They did a great job patching certain areas where you cant even tell, as well as doing some carpet stretching to fill gaps between the carpet and wood floors. Jon did a great job fixing our carpet that my cats and dogs messed up! The dog tore a hole next to the door and it looks great now and the cats like to get at the stairs so he replaced 3 of the stairs carpet. I cant say enough good things about my experience. I emailed an inquiry (with pictures of my carpet) late in the evening (after 9:00 pm). Apparently drops of something acidic had caused three discolorations/stains on my carpet. Yep We Fix Carpet emailed me back with a repair estimate within 30 minutes!At that point I asked how much extra it would cost to take care of a carpet stretching problem in a different room which I had been putting off. YWFC promptly replied with a very reasonable revised estimate and I booked the service.They did a great job recoloring the stained area to match the rest of the carpet and they perfectly got the ripples out of the carpet in the other room (by stretching it.) The rep gave me detailed explanations of what the issues were and how he was fixing them.Will definitely use them again in the future for all carpet/rug projects. Our carpet had a run in the seam but Yep We Fix Carpet was able to fix it! The repair is invisible. He was timely and efficient. He also stretched the carpet that was buckling under a door. Again, a great job!

I Asked via their web site, cost to pull up 3 step areas, 21 steps so I can screw down the step risers because they SQUEAK Once screwed down they put carpet back. I’m guessing 60-90 minutes of labor and I was not in a hurry.Web site said, send a picture with for faster and better estimate. So, I attached image from phone. FILE TO BIG!!! So why ask for pictures when web can’t even take 1 from a phone?Got 10 text messages from them without a price. Annoying. TEN TEXT MESSAGES from them and I ended abruptly? I was willing to pay to have you pull it up and put it back down. Even IF you were standing idol.Said we can teach you how to pull up carpet and replace it. Jon did an excellent job, first stretching a carpet that had developed a ridge due to improper installation (before we moved in) and then cleaning it. He carries five different cleaning methods on his truck to match up with the five main types of carpet fibers that he encounters on the job. He stretches using a wall-to-wall stretcher, not the kind that just bumps up against the wall. He arrived when he was supposed to and kept us informed of his time schedule. His price was reasonable. We plan to call him back for another carpet cleaning in the near future. He is a class act.

We used Yep! We Fix Carpet to thoroughly clean the carpets throughout out our home. The team did an absolutely fabulous job. They were very friendly, prompt, professional, and exceptionally knowledgable. Their estimate was accurate and the amount was our final bill. Our carpets had not been deep cleaned like this in a while and a result we had some heavy traffic patterns in portions of the home as well as some stains in a few areas. The low moisture process they employed totally cleaned the carpets and the stain remover they used totally removed all of the stains. The carpet was throughly dry by the following day, none of the stains have returned, and the carpet looks like it was newly installed. We would highly recommend Yep We Fix Carpet.

Very polite, friendly and helpful. I only wanted a small portion of my basement carpet inspected and, if needed, replaced. Most places I called wouldn’t do a job that small. But The owner readily agreed to inspect it and give me an assessment. Luckily it did not need to be replaced! It was however long overdue for a cleaning and since his company does that I was able to also get a quote for that. Very happy with the results! They even got a few stains out I thought were past the point of saving!

I had my carpet installed by a big box stores few years ago and it was starting to ripple in multiple rooms. Jon another person (I forget their name) came in and fixed all of the ripples in the carpet, and pointed out the corners that had been cut by the big box store.

I had Yep We Can Fix Carpet Fox a bleach stain on my carpet and cold not believe the results - you can not see any evidence of the bleach!!!Because of the great job on the stain, I used them to clean my carpet and it the best carpet clean I’ve ever had.
