I hired a town car to drive elderly parents to my daughters wedding that was out in the country. I had to make a time change the day before the event and Gene was very accommodating. The beautiful car arrived on time and The driver even sent me a text when he Was picking them up. Both relatives said the ride was smooth and relaxing as the driver was such a good driver. When they arrived, the driver got out and assisted both of the old folks out of the car and when he returned to pick them up he opened the door and turn on the rear seat warmer for grandma as she was chilled from the fall evening air. I was so happy and de- stressed knowing they were in good hands. I cannot give a high enough rating to this company. Thank you so much!P.S. not only did the car look spectacular so did the driver! He knows his way around, is a safe and careful driver, and is a pleasure to talk with. We also found one of his drivers to be equally professional, knowledgeable, safe, and interesting to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again when I return to Minneapolis/Rochester soon. Our annual Thanksgiving company dinner was almost due when we realized that we forgot to book transportation to the restaurant. We quickly turned to Google to find the solution and this car service popped up. With their simple online booking, we managed to reserve an SUV for the next day. The uniformed chauffeur appeared in front of our offices and we were honestly impressed right from the start. The car was noticeably well-maintained. There was even free WiFi which made our social media manager quite happy! We got on time to our favorite restaurant and had a lovely dinner. Once we were done, the chauffeur was at the restaurant’s parking waiting for us to drive us back in front of the office.

Such a great experience. I had an SUV for 6 people for 3 hours. I spoke with the owner a few times while setting up booking and he was so nice and very helpful. Our driver was Teddy and he was great! I decided to give them a try since I couldn’t get a hold of any other family members and I needed this sorted out quickly. The process of booking a vehicle was done online and everything was settled in a matter of minutes. The driver was at my aunt’s address on time and he even assisted her while getting in and out of the car.

They were very helpful and quick to organize everything that we asked from them, dedicating a luxurious sedan and a uniformed driver for his entire stay. I called to request a quote for a classic black stretch limo and was told they dont have black stretch limos. I then asked what kind of limos they have and he said the only kind they have are hummer limousines at the rate of $500 and that I couldnt afford it, then he hung up on me. The call lasted maybe 30 seconds. I couldnt be more disappointed in the customer service experience with Twin Cities Car Service.

I didnt want to miss a chance to see one of the best exhibitions at American Swedish Institute about Vikings, so I started looking for someone who can take me there. I don’t drive, and I wanted to avoid taxis because the last time I was using their services it had cost me a fortune, plus I lost so much time until the driver finally showed up. This time, I called this company, and their agent was so polite and willing to answer all my questions, so I made a reservation. The service they provided was extraordinary, timely, smooth and affordable. Since I needed a ride for myself, they sent one of their sedans which was pretty fancy and comfortable.

We decided to spend our vacation at Duluth, so my wife booked plane tickets to MSP. There was an unexpected flight delay, but this company rescheduled our ride, and we felt such a relief when we saw the driver waiting for us at the luggage claim. The sedan was great, with cool interior and comfortable seats. My phone battery was dead, so the driver offered a mobile charger. We watched an interesting movie on a DVD player during the ride, and the driver left us to relax in quiet. I needed that after such a turbulent flight we had. I think this was the best car service we used so far. We got everything we wanted and even more! Five stars from the two of us!

As someone who lives in St Cloud, finding affordable yet comfortable transportation from MSP airport is not an easy task. It’s about an hour and a half of constant drive and I am usually so tired by the time my plane lands that I have no energy left to do the driving myself. I overheard my colleague saying that he always books this limo company to drive him to St Cloud from MSP and I decided to try it myself. I must say that the service was excellent, that the chauffeur and the entire staff were very polite and helpful. We had a representatives of a great VC fund coming to our startup to discuss further development and investments into our idea. It was really important to us that they feel welcomed and appreciated, so we booked a limo for them during their entire stay. This limo picked them up from the airport and dropped them off when they were leaving the Minneapolis. They used the limo to arrive at the office, for city tours and in the evenings to when we went out to eat and party. I think they loved this limo service because they kept repeating how convenient and comfortable it was and how much time they were saving just by not waiting for a taxi every time they had to be somewhere.

I booked their limo for airport transport from St Paul International last week and I really couldnt find any complaint about the level of service and everything else.
