Minnestay is the PERFECT spot for a weekend getaway. We had a fabulous visit. Everything was contact-free and seamless from checking-in, to getting our keys, parking and checkout. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, taking full advantage of the industrial vibe of the neighborhood. The neighborhood was full of restaurants, breweries and cafes – all walkable. The apartment was modern/gorgeous and met all of our needs! We felt like we were a part of this beautiful city! The location was in the heart of accommodating, welcoming breweries and restaurants. The views of the surrounding stadiums and businesses were amazing!

I booked a weekend getaway last weekend with them. Had never heard of them before, but they came up when searching upscale condos to rent in downtown Mpls. I ended up chatting with a person about the condo (think they dont list the price online, which I do not like) and she quoted me the price for the penthouse unit that fit my needs. Then to finalize the booking I had to call a number and actually talked to a person - the same one with whom I had been chatting. That is so foreign to us in this day and age. Courteous, professional and accurate. When we checked in the unit felt very clean and there was a business card, coupons for the area and a bottle of wine on the counter. Will definitely use them again.

My stay at The Sable Lofts in Minneapolis was fantastic. Getting the keys could not have been easier, and the platform was incredibly easy to use whether it was via email, VRBO or their website. The unit was stunning, and I definitely see myself back there soon!

This property met our expectations and provided for a comfortable stay for our family of 6. Parking was convenient, the kitchen was well-equipped and the complimentary bathroom amenities were appreciated. We will look to stay here again when in town.

We were looking for an easy getaway for a couple of days to unplug and relax. Everything at Sable, from when we arrived till we left was exactly what we needed. It was quiet, secure, spacious, comfortable and most importantly, corner to corner clean.There is wide variety of eateries within walking distance so you can sample and satiate most any craving you might have. Theater, comedy or a late a night glass of wine is all within minutes. Everyone was attentive and more than helpful. Weve definitely bookmarked this for a return stay the next chance we get.

Our 6-night stay at Hidden Cottage in October, 2019 was delightful. The house is spacious, the photos give a very accurate idea of the space and the amenities. A reserved off-street parking spot was very much appreciated, as were small touches such as coffee beans, a good selection of toiletries, complete kitchen supplies including a good drip coffeemaker, extra blankets, bedding, towels, even a complimentary bottle of wine. We didnt get to use the patio as it was chilly, but found many comfortable indoor places to sit, read, watch TV, chat, write, work on a laptop. The furnishings are comfortable and pleasant, with some elegant touches. With all windows closed, the space was very quiet, and the heating system was fine, very responsive to the two thermostats. Access to downtown Minneapolis was quick. There are two grocery stores nearby, a pleasant Cuban restaurant, and it is not far to get to one of the city lakes for a stroll. The area is residential, with close access to the freeway system. The space was very clean and welcoming; communication with the managers was easy and the check-in/check-out process very efficient. Please be aware that the combination shower-tub is a free-standing tub that one steps into. This was not an issue for us at all, but perhaps a consideration for some folks. I loved it -- it fit the house!

The Georgian Mansion was an amazing experience. We had 10 women stay in the home for a 40th birthday celebration. Every bedroom (1 king, 3 queen, 1 double queen) had its own bathroom. We only got to stay 4 nights and spent most of our time in the expansive kitchen around the center island. The main level living rooms was also perfect for the large group to lounge. It was the best vacation rentals Ive ever stayed at, and Ive stayed 50+ different rentals. Dont hesitate to book this house.

This is a perfectly situated place, and its a lovely space, very well appointed with all the little touches that make staying comfortable - thoughtful extras, and a great remodel of an older building bringing it super up to date while retaining elegance. Comfy beds! Comfy sofa! Didnt use to third bed (Murphy) but the two bedrooms each are large and two baths make all the difference. Large enough to host a family dinner, and ready access to downtown. Definitely recommend it.

Terrific home with a wonderful combination of old bones style and comfort combined with some lovely modern upgrades. The kitchen was fabulous and well appointed, a perfect gathering spot with everything we needed for prepping meals. The dining room comfortably and graciously accommodated our large family. Unfortunately, we had too little time to truly enjoy and use all the other gathering spots, but the living room and large upstairs den were well appointed and perfect for a family gathering of adults. The outdoor patio off the kitchen was private and, even this early in the season without anything in bloom, was a nice escape.The bedrooms were lovely and had the most comfortable pillows and bedding! Towels and amenities in the bathrooms were great!The only downside was that noise and traffic on the back stairs that led to the separate third floor rented apartment was quite loud. Mostly bothersome for the person in the first floor bedroom.The location was better than expected. Very close to several Nice Ride docks for getting bikes to ride throughout the City. It was a one mile walk to Lake of the Isles and all the paths around the lakes. Definitely recommend the downloading the Nice Ride app and exploring the Cities on bikes. There are many fun restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay here was exceptional. It was clean, cozy and beautiful. My husband and I and four kids were there for 6 nights. We came up for our sons wedding in December. It was plenty warm(in the Chateau*) and worked wonderfully for our needs with plenty of room. The beds were great and comfortable, we slept very good! Loved that it was downtown and central to every place we needed to be. We stayed in Stay Chateau 1. We would definitely stay there again.

The Mint was a perfect place for my family to stay. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. The coffee and wine in the kitchen was greatly appreciated! It was nice to have such a welcoming place to get together.

We had a fabulous week at the Rustic Cabin. Due to a storm the previous week the dock was a bit unstable so we contacted Lance. The repairman was there in an hour to fix it even though it was a Sunday morning! Great service! The cabin is so charming. Our kids absolutely loved it. Swimming all day and playing games at night. Deer were abundant, even grazing in the yard. So much fun.... We rented a boat from Al’s Marine - a great way to experience the beautiful Whitefish chain.Thank you, Lance. We will book again next year!

Great experience. Beautiful Condo. Good location. The team at Minnestay thought of every little detail and made the experience amazing. This condo was very clean, elegant and had unique charm. I would highly recommend and will be using this rental as my go to for future trips to Minneapolis.

Sparkling clean and comfortable. Definitely one of my favorite linden hills rentals. Being seniors the bed on one side had only about 12 inches to the wall which makes getting in and out the bed difficult and lot of stairs to get to the upstairs apartment. If I stay in shape we will definitely return.

Awesome place. The size of the living area was such a treat for our group, but the little things that went into hosting us were equally as impressive - toiletries, extra towels, pillows, blankets, soaps, etc etc. We had an amazing time and would definitely book again if we return to Minneapolis. Easy access, great instructions and a special shout out to Bridget who was super timely and helpful answering my millions of questions leading up to our stay.

Possibly the best apartment weve rented, and weve rented many. Very well appointed, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful condition, and a fantastic location, steps from Lake Harriet. Loved it, will return.

We stayed at Mach Manor for five days in Minneapolis. It’s really nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped house. The location was perfect for our needs. The Uptown Jewel was perfect for me and 3 friends in town for a concert. The staff is very professional and communication was excellent. The house was clean, cool, and very comfortable. The location is hard to beat. There are dozens of great restaurants and bars you can easily walk to. We will be back for sure!

The house is perfectly located (right on Lake Harriet) within walking distance of all the shops/restaurants in Linden Hills, the space is clean and well-appointed, and the logistics (checking in/out) are seamless. We had a very comfortable stay at Grand Residence! It was very clean and had everything we needed. When we wanted to extend our stay for a few days, they were so helpful and accommodating. Just a great overall experience!

My family and I were in town for my nieces wedding. There were 9 of us. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved all of the lovesigns, plaques and pictures throughout the house. We had an excellent visit. It was nice having two bedrooms that could be masters.

Our stay was lovely! The space is gorgeous, with easy access to downtown. Please know that the cabinets under the kitchen sink DO open, and that is where the extra trash bags and dishwasher soap are stored. Lance was a great communicator and prompt with attending to our needs.

The property was perfect even for a big group. They had everything you need for a comfortable stay, and they were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would love to go again! The location is tmgreat with many stores within walking distance, and everything is within 15-20 min.

We enjoyed our stay at 1661 63rd Excelsior. We stayed there for a long weekend with family of 9. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to find and conveniently located.

The space was beautifully decorated and well laid out. We received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and very handy amenities were provided. The beds are only full beds, not queens, so keep that in mind. During our stay, we frequently came back to the residence to find that the outside back door was ajar, so be careful to make sure it closes behind you. All in all, we would stay again. They did a fantastic job renovating the property.

Our stay met everyone one of our expectation and more. The place was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We celebrated Christmas at the mansion and simply had the time of our lives. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in Unit 2 on the second (top) floor. The unit is beautifully furnished, finished, and equipped. The property manager is extraordinarily responsive to questions. The building is close to the University of Minnesotas Minneapolis campus, downtown Minneapolis, and the Viking stadium. All in all, a great stay.

We rented the Kenwood Manor for our organizations annual board retreat and it was incredible. The space is large and beautiful and has all the amenities you need. Their communications and services are unmatched. Cannot recommend more highly!

Great space to get together with sibling, enjoy late night wine and early morning coffee in an amazing historic space, remodeled with stunning details! Great host responded quickly to questions before our stay and then responded even quicker when we were delayed due to snow storm. Only minutes from downtown.

The Marigold cottage was absolutely perfect. Located within walking distance of the Town Hall craft beer pub. Food and beer was delicious. Breakfast at Turtle Bread did not disappoint. 15 minutes from MOA and a bit further for the zoo. Fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

The cabin in situated among trees with a beautiful view of Lake Dunns .Huge windows face the the lake with views of water, dock and the distant shore. We were there in October and the leaves were gorgeous! The cabin was perfect for three of us on a Girls Retreat. There was space to spread out, and also cozy sofas around the fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen. We took long walks down the dirt road that runs behind the cabin. The road is a dead end - we noticed no traffic at all.

Great stay at a super cool loft! The property is spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5. Upon arrival we found a lovely bottle of wine, and Lance from Minnestay emailed us right away to make sure we had everything we needed. My teenage girls really appreciated all of the amenities left in the bathrooms. The location is fantastic - the best restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. Well be back for sure!

A great stay. The location was was easy to find and it was a quiet neighborhood. I had no trouble sleeping as the main bed was very comfortable. I was please with the details in having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, as well as complementary coffee and a bottle of wine. The fenced back yard would keep the dogs inside if you bring them. All in all, it was a great stay, and we will return to this house when we come to MSP.

We had a family of 7 adults and 2 small kids for a long weekend, Thursday-Sunday and the house was perfect. Enough space and separation, enough bathrooms, 3.5, fantastic lake access, and a fabulous kitchen. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

The home on James Ave was elegant, modern, perfectly decorated for a family holiday, clean, equipped with all of our needs and as charming as we could have imagined. Our holiday was made all the more lovely because of this beautiful home and because of the fabulous Minnestay staff who provided for all of our needs. We have rented a few homes in Mn in the past but Minnestay is far and away the most professional in terms of offering intimate luxury and truly caring for its clients. My daughters and I loved the cottage. It was perfect for our girls weekend. It was very quaint, but had some nice updates. It had lots of little extras that were a nice touch. It was a great location for the activities that we wanted to do. Close to Mall of America and easy access to downtown. My only complaint is that the back porch wasnt really useable to sit outside and relax. It was dirty and dark. I feel like a little work on the patio could make it a nice oasis to sit out there for evening cocktails or nice dinner. Thanks to Michael for coming to help us with the TV.

My 5 best girlfriends and I spent 2 days/nights in a beautiful lake shore cabin. The cabin was lovely, well furnished and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy the perfect weather!

Went for a business trip with a couple of colleagues. This place was VERY clean and comfortable. Centrally located, and incredibly easy to access the management for help (which we didnt really need, but they checked in to make sure we didnt need anything which was very thoughtful). I absolutely would stay here again. My only regret was that I was working so much I didnt get to enjoy it more.

101 small details that added up an amazing stay. From the first contact with Minnestay, to the ongoing communication before and during our trip, the whole process was well-run and made for a very easy trip. The selection of properties was great, and our particular home was really well appointed. Many times at STRs, you get just the basics. The home offered ample supplies for our stay. Towels were ample, luxe and soft. The home was comfortable, cozy and welcoming. Well cared-for, well-decorated, charming and in a great location. Walking distance to many shopping/dining areas, and just a very short drive to numerous more. The neighborhood was great, and the neighbors themselves were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and will certainly look to Minnestay when booking in MN in the future.

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our family to celebrate a 50th Anniversary celebration. We LOVED the front porch (with remote control screens and built in speaker system!), the great room off of the kitchen and the location - so close to everything we needed. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had tons of sunlight. We hope to be back next summer for another family reunion!

Our family of 5 stayed at the Calderwood Lodge on Bone lake, WI. The lodge was very recently remodeled and clean. The place could sleep over 25 people and it is very spacious. There was even a massage chair looking out at the lake. Upstairs are the sleeping quarters and living room. Downstairs there was a pool table, arcade games, and a private bar if you wanted to play bartender. There are TVs EVERYWHERE, including each bedroom. There are two fire pits, a smaller one by the lodge, and a large one down by the water. The dock is great for fishing, swimming, or parking the boat. What a beautiful lodge on a beautiful lake. The property is very well managed, and Lance was very helpful!

This place was very nicely furnished with all necessities. It is in a very convenient location. My husband and I enjoyed our walk to some area vegan restaurants as well as the Bascillica of St. Mary for a music show. It was an awesome weekend!!

Eagle Ridge is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise! Whether you are into hunting, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, atv riding etc, there is something for everyone. The house itself is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice. It is clean, well kept and very original with many unique touches. Kent, the owner is an amazing host and I cannot say enough positive things about him, his place or our stay!

Beautiful home on a lovely lake. Everything was very clean and well supplied. Two bathrooms was big plus, and plenty of spaces to relax indoors and out.

What a great location! We really enjoyed being just steps from the Eat Street neighborhood and so many great restaurants. Easy Uber pick up & drop off for exploring other parts of the city. The apartment had everything we needed and was really set up nice - comfortable bed, nice couches and very clean.

It is beautiful, modern in every way, clean and organized but still so welcoming and homey. Stay Chateau met our needs perfectly! We came to the Twin Cities with our 2 teenage sons for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Minnestay had all the amenities we needed, from kitchen to bath to laundry! All in a beautifully redone, architecturally interesting 2-bedroom apartment. I hate to recommend it, only because I dont want to miss out on renting it again!

The stay at 3630 Nicollet was relaxing and in character with the times of the historical neighborhood. A luxurious flow of morning heat flows from the elderly radiators filling the home with warmth. Sunlight streams in through the decorative glass windows as I walk across the hardwood floor to the heated front porch. Cars and trucks pass by in perfect unison like soothing waves on the ocean. The neighborhood awakens with food and sustenance nearby and things to do in the great city of Minneapolis.

We stayed at this AirBnB for a conference being held at the Minneapolis Convention Center. This location afforded us a cheaper rate than any hotel downtown (there were 2 of us and would have need 2 rooms), and it only took us 20 minutes to get to the CC each morning with little to no traffic.There were two rooms and 1 bathroom which worked well. The A/C didnt work the first night, but this too was a non issue as the company managing the property was quick to respond to our request to fix the issue. In fact, they were very responsive in all communications.If you are looking for a charming place in a nice quiet neighborhood, with good coffee shops and all the necessities you would need, then look no further.

Definitely could have been better. The lodge we stayed at was clearly not finished. But has potential to be great. There were several times where complete strangers came into the lodge looking to see it while we were staying in it. Found a nest of mice within 20 minutes of arriving. Likely more mice we didnt know about.(edit after reply from owner)Multiple people witnessed live mice in the bag of confetti.The Strangers were definitely not staff members, the first were a couple who said they had a reservation. They told us this when we confronted them why they had let themselves inside. I have texts from the owner when I alerted him about this, saying they were campers who had rented a tent site somewhere else on the property.The second pair of strangers claimed they were checking out the place, interested in reserving it as well.Regarding our party being happy and having a good time, its only natural to try and make the best of things. Being rude about the problems we were experiencing would only bring the mood down further.Adjusting down to 1 star due to the lies trying to cover up their sub par experience.

Beautiful home for large group gatherings - plenty of large spaces (kitchen, dining room, living rooms) - for people to gather and relax. Convenient location near dining and attractions in both Minneapolis and St. Paul.

The accommodation was found as described. It was clean, organized, and well stocked. Our family from France thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and felt very comfortable. Though there were eight of us no one felt cramped or restricted in any way. The little touches (I.e. welcome wine, magazine that provided information on things to do, touch key lock, games, WiFi, etc.) greatly added to our stay. We will certainly choose Minnestay for our next visit and highly recommend their services.

The building was beautiful, in a great location, and a pleasure to come home to. We had no issues whatsoever and would happily stay here again. Beds were comfy, everything worked properly, excellent communication from Lance, our host, and our unit was spotless. We all loved lounging on the soft, huge sofa in the living room. The decor, and feel of the place is calm and relaxing, with well thought details, including cool light fixtures, gorgeous flooring, high end appliances, huge doors and penny tile bathroom floor. The four of us were quite impressed, and agree that there is just no comparison staying here versus a hotel room.

We absolutely loved everything about staying at this property. I live in Minnesota but the house I am building was not ready. One of my sons was getting married and I wanted a nice place for myself, my out of town sons, my daughter in law and grandkids to stay. This home was perfect! It was exactly as pictured in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It was clean and literally had everything we could possibly need. In addition, dealing with Lance and his team was the perfect customer service experience. I highly highly recommend Minnestay when looking for a property in Minnesota.

This is a very very nice place to stay. The staff is great, the rooms are nice and quiet and always very clean.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We have been traveling a lot with three children for taekwondo tournaments. Our other reservation had to be cancelled at the last minute when we found Lance and Minnestay. We have never been happier. We stayed for 5 nights. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Would be our first choice if we go to Minneapolis again!!!

We couldnt have asked for a better lake house vacation! The house was everything we pictured and more! It was not only beautiful, but the open concept really helped keep our 11/2 year old busy and we had tons of room! The lake views were phenomenal; one of our favorite parts was waking up to the lake! We had tons of fun cooking in the big kitchen. We stayed in the house quite a bit having a toddler and we couldnt have asked for a better house! We will definitely be back!

Stayed at a stunning Minnestay location on Lake Minnetonka in Mound. Beautifully appointed for our business huddle. Minnestay team was wonderful to work with and on point with communications.

Our experience with Minnestay was wonderful! They were so helpful and thought of everything! Theyre great communicating and working with you to plan the details of your stay.

This is a stunning house in a decent location close to downtown and easy freeway access. The neighborhood is slightly marginal, but we never felt unsafe. Lots of families out strolling in the early evening.The kitchen is well-appointed, the house is spacious with big windows, and there are lots of thoughtful touches, including premium linens. However, as other guests have noted, three of the five beds are terribly uncomfortable. They sag in the middle, making for a miserable nights rest for both occupants. And a couple of the bed frames are very squeaky. My Minnesota relatives have frequent family reunions - this house would be absolutely perfect for us out-of-towners to rent. But I wont consider it again unless the mattresses are upgraded. Its a shame because its truly a great place.

We had a fantastic time at Stay Chateau! We were a family of 6 (adults) that stayed while in town for a family wedding. It was plenty spacious enough for 6 ppl, had gorgeous vaulted ceilings, a wonderful kitchen and dining area, easy parking, central location and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The staff even provided us additional clean towels halfway through our stay. We hope to stay again some day and highly recommend.

Stay Chateau 1 was a perfect place to stay for our trip to the MN State Fair and the Mpls Institute of Art. Absolutely beautiful accommodation and very clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. Will definitely plan to stay here again when in the CIties.
