Pros: Great people at all levels of the company - Joining Fulcrum Consulting is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. Interesting projects - I have worked at Fulcrum for 4 years and no two projects are alike.Cons: None really - I have worked at 2 other consultancies and this is by a mile the best.Advice to Management: As the company grows make sure that we keep the culture.

The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees.

I havent gotten a contract through Fulcrum, however I have had a few opportunities through this company. Overall I like the personal approach the company provides such as initial meeting with the representative and the time they spend trying to find a best fit position for me. Even though I have another gig right now, they keep in touch with other potential jobs and future offers.

I worked in the past with many staffing agencies, some of them are one of the biggest names, yet my experience working with Fulcrum is the best so far, they treat you as a human being not a cog in a machine, its really a pleasure working with Fulcrum.

Recruiter found my Resume online and called me to meet him and account manager for an I.T. position at RBC Bank that I have experience and training in, and after I met with her the recruiter starts ignoring my email when I tried following up with him. I think they judge people by how they look and they discriminated against me because I am Somali/black. I have since been hired by another company, but I hope RBC Bank can become aware of this company as RBC Bank is a Canadian Company and I am originally Canadian.
