It was September and I was looking at a sizable tax bill due to poor planning and a lack of heads up by my previous accountant. After one meeting (prior to signing a retainer agreement), the EB team helped me figure out a plan to buy time and manage the consequences. Since then, they have been proactive and responsive to my accounting needs. They even found extra tax savings in the subsequent year! Knowledgeable partners that interface with clients in addition to very skilled associates and staff.
They consistently lost the documentation they requested from me and then cancelled my Visa for health expenses. Now 121 Benefits runs the program for employees of the State of MN, an offshoot company- they are just as bad with the same issues. Lose documents, poor customer service and suspend benefits after their incompetence.
Worst customer service experience ever! They do not return phone calls or emails. When they dont know the answer to a question or dont know how to resolve a problem they blame the customer. Their agents are defensive and automatically assume the customer is wrong before they even hear the question. Very rude and unprofessional. This customer service department and all the way up to the supervisor and beyond need training on what good customer service is. I cringe every time I have to deal with these people.
I dont know what the others have experienced, but I have always had competent, friendly service and nice people on the phone
