Not sure where to start... The first thing I noticed is the stars that you can rate the service- loved it!!!??? would not be the two words that I would use for this service. The reason you would use absolute bail bonds is for a heart retching, pivotal time in my life. I felt blessed that this company had a name of Emery. Emery is who helped me breath again, gave me comfort, completely knew all the answers to my questions before I knew what to ask. He was there for me after hours as he lay on his couch at home tracking the progress of my sons case. Calling me with a status report knowing how this whole situation was for me, as a Mom. He sat in the court room NEVER leaving my side only to get updates, telling me step by step what is happening. Just walking into a court room was so overwhelming to me. Watching people coming and going. The bail process was easy as Emery had most of the prep work done. I have my son back, broken but for the better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Emery. This company refused to work with me because I didnt having an understanding of how bonds worked. I asked questions and wanted answers. Mark and who he referred to as his boss Paul, were unwilling to lend a little customer service to answer my questions. I stressed to them that I did not understand the process and made them aware that I was simply seeking clarification. I asked Mark if I could get an explanation on the process and he told me that I no longer needed to know about the process because he and Absolute Bail Bonds refused to work with me.

I have never needed a bond before and i called to ask how it worked because a person i know need a bond. The woman who answered the phone was short put helpful until she found out i was just calling for some advice. She got really catty and asked me what i do for a living and do i give advice for free. (which i do as i sell auto repair) Going on to say that she works on commission and had no time for me. Funny that she assumes i will never need one, As i wont be using this bond company now. She sounded unhappy in general LOL, And i can only imagine that dealing with people of this ilk is not that great..
