What a great experience!

Great customer service and very inviting environment. It didnt feel like we were being treated just like a sales but it was a conversational & informative experience. The floor display looked fantastic, clean & well designed. You can tell that Eric genuinely loves audio equipment & what he does. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was because the shop was extremely difficult to find. Even though we didnt buy anything today since we were just looking, well definitely keep Halsten in mind for future purchases.

Over the last 7-8 years, Halsten has found its way into just about every room in my house. TVs, home theater speakers, wireless speakers, outdoor speakers, media cabinets, you name it. Mike and Eric know their stuff, and have always been super friendly and helpful with whatever Im looking for.

Im absolutely awed by this local companys inventory! Best speakers & home movie theatre options available. The staff is so knowledgeable & helpful, especially Mike. They take the time to find the right solutions for you without being pushy. These people love what they do & it shows. Id highly recommend!

I have to say, every time I have set foot in that place it has been a great experience no matter who is there. I walked in there to experience the KEF Blades a couple years ago and ended up going back a few months later to buy some KEF R700s which have been fantastic for the last couple years. Great place, definitely recommended. Still want the Blades... Maybe someday.

The coolest store if youre into high end electronics. Theyre primarily focused on custom installation so dont expect to walk in and leave with a new TV or receiver. Didnt notice a close out or special deals area either.

I bought a Sonos One speaker with Alexa, and Mike assisted me. Great guy and learned more about home entertainment. Very nice folks and the speaker is amazing!

Sales guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Go here to complete your home theater with quality brands - Samsung, Sony and LG mostly.

This store is very pricy. Has poor customer service. If you work with any other dealer you can find same stuff cheaper. I encourage you to get quotes from other dealers. One time I dropped to see the carpet options for home theater. I picked two options. He could not tell me the price. They told me they will email me. Did not hear back from them, so called back next day. The guy sounded rude and cocky and still could not give me a price. I tried to buy B&W speakers from them. Their price was highest. They dont get back to you on timely fashion when you ask something. I had scheduled an appointment with one of the store guys who apparently knows technical stuff. That guy didnt show up for appointment. It was wasted trip. Over all poor service. I can not imagine they are still in business.

Awesome place for high end audio and video.

Terrible Experience. I asked them to help with a home audio issue and $2,900 later I have a system that I despise. They do what they want and then bill you and move on.

I have had nothing, but great experiences at Halsten Entertainment. They always have the coolest products and the staff knows their stuff.
