They were very professional and notified me of every action they took in my vacant house - each day - and didn’t skimp on anything or any equipment that would resolve the mold issue. Serv Pro was the first critical step in getting my apartment back in order after my washing machine overflowed, warping my hardwood floors. Victor, Alec, Brittney and the rest of the team removed my damaged flooring with minimal disruption and got the sub floors dried out so that I could get the new hardwood floors installed. Each day they were punctual and polite, always offering expert advice on what they believe the next step in the process should be.
