About three years ago I had my carpeted stairs cleaned by a nationally-known carpet cleaning company. I figured I was in good hands. A young, inexperienced worker showed up and essentially did little more than soak my carpet. I called to complain and another worker showed up and did a little better job. Over the past few years, my carpeted stairs got more and more soiled. On the verge of replacing a perfectly good but dirty carpet, I heard of All Clean Carpet on the radio and decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to one of their very helpful staff and set an appointment for a cleaning. I stressed to them that the stairs were very soiled and I needed them to be thoroughly cleaned. Come the day of my appointment, the cleaning crew of three, including the owner John, showed up promptly and went to work on the stairs -- and they worked!! My carpeted stairs are now spotless and I could not be happier!! I will recommend All Clean Carpet to all and any of my friends to use for their rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning needs -- instead of the advertised nationally-known company who did a less-than stellar job. No comparison between a big company that sub-contracts out their jobs and a smaller company where the owner himself comes and does the hard work. They always show up promptly, are professional, explain their process and then move forward. Most recently, we had a ceiling leak brown water on a white rug. All Clean has been cleaning and fiber shielding my carpets and furniture for 9 years. They are extremely responsive, professional, on time and very honest about what they can do. However, even when they are doubtful they always seem to come thru with an excellent job.I have worked primarily with Luis and Jorge, and more recently with John. They are personal, efficient, very honest and they go above and beyond what you expect. And they have taught me what to do and what not to do with carpet and furniture problems. AND, I am not a person who usually writes reviews.

Five years ago ALL CLEAN stain guarded all of our furniture and rugs. I filled their stain removal instructions and pamphlet in my desk under renovation info. THANK GOODNESS! Smack in the midst of COVID quarantine I spilled red wine on a chair and out living room rug. I immediately found the pamphlet, followed the instructions and called 911 I mean ALL CLEAN. John (the owner) immediately answered and talked me off the ledge like an ER doctor and told me exactly what to continue and discontinue doing. Then I made an appointment for a full on rug clean and a refresh of the stain guard since it has been five years and we have a dog now. The team showed up fully masked, and with tremendous attention to the current social distancing and preventive needs. The stains came right out (like a miracle, one day it will just disappear) like magic. I trusted them and they came through with flying colors.

The water from our Christmas tree stand leaked onto our new rug and left a dark stain. I tried another local company first and they weren’t able to get the stain out. My white carpet is actually white again!!. Also their service, and by that I mean not only their ability to clean, but their office personnel behind the scenes are really tops!! When my telephone stopped working after the job was done, I questioned whether their cleaning machine might somehow have damaged the telephone jack .Teresa Jones sprang in to action. She immediately sent a repair man who replaced the broken jack . It was all taken care of with one quick phone call on my part. Teresa called me several times after to make sure the phone was working and if there were any other problems. I actually forgot that there are still some companies and some people who actually still care to do the their very best for their customer. An unqualified 10 for this company and their people!

John and his team operate as much like scientists, chemists, and forensic detectives as carpet cleaners. A large white wool rug my wife and I assumed was a lost cause turned into an essentially brand new product. Not only was John’s team fast, they were polite, clean (they wore boot covers and gloves for the duration of the process), and precise in their diagnosis of extremely nuanced types of stains and associated treatments. They were also honest, suggesting why certain quick fixes only temporarily solve stain problems (until absorbed grime leeches up to the surface). One example: from 12 feet away, John was describing why a 1-square-inch discoloration was a wood stain rather than a rust discoloration. His team offered an incredibly accurate narrative about the use of the room, traffic patterns, the specific location of certain pieces of furniture, and home or baby cares products used in certain areas—all from the pattern and nature of stains. They were both tactical and strategic, and now all the stains are gone. Frankly the whole thing was pretty wild. I can’t recommend the firm more highly.
