Justin and his team are awesome. I started using Justin two years ago and slowly all my policies are with the Keats Agency. Why? Because he is the best! Thank you, Justin, for keeping saving me money every year and always guiding me through the process.

Called them for a quote and specified one coverage I needed, I was very specific. Their turn around time was ok and I asked them for the list of coverages so a contractor could confirm this quote. They didnt send and when I got back in touch with them they said well this quote doesnt include that coverage. I basically called said I need action over coverage, only thing I need. Make this happen. Only thing they didnt add and the entire process after the fact of trying to get them to verify took like 2 weeks.

Justin did an awesome job getting me the best rate on my HOI. I thought it was pretty low already but I ended up saving an additional $200 a year with better coverage.

All I can say about Agent Maria Mendez is that your company needs100 more people just like her. Myself and family has been dealing with Maria for about 20 years. The list of unreturned phone calls and problems Ive had with them is a lengthy one, so Ill spare the details, but my next step is filing a complaint with the state.

They raised my premiums during the middle of the policy term and didnot answer my calls when i tried to contact the agent.
