Quick, friendly service.

I got service eeeeeventuuuualllyyyy. Came in a 3 pm and was told to pull along side of the building as I was hauling a horse trailer overloaded with my possessions for a move to Texas....and promptly forgotten I called the tire service counter 3 times as I couldnt leave my vehicle off and unattended as I had 5 pets in the backseat. An hour after I arrived and after the second time Id spoken to the shop manager, I was back on the road with properly inflated tire. Great service once they stop forgetting you....

They took 4 hours to do an oil change, I was upset but Managment fixed it, comped the whole service and thoroughly apologized. But other than that, they did everything perfectly. Everything was topped off and serviced right.

The technicians were fantastic and helped me when my car wouldnt start because it needed a new battery. They were so nice. I recommend this particular service center. Friendly and helpful were the words of the day.
