This is the first Ford product I have owned and my wife and I love it. I normally hate buying a car, but they gave me a fair deal on a trade, had a descent offer on the new one I bought, and handled the financing. The rates and terms where as good as I could have gotten anywhere. This was car buying made easy and turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I normally don’t do surveys unless something is wrong, but I have recommended them to my whole family. Thanks again.

The service was a disgrace. I had to bring my truck there over three times and each I got it back I found something else that was not working or they didnt fix. Damaged a brand new replacement condenser, damaged the metal line coupling that was on my truck. After having to take it McClungs to diagnose why it was not getting cold, found out that an orifice tube was not installed in the condenser. Once a second new condenser was installed, my horn would not work, the right headlight was broken. Got a new headlight, instead of installing it, they took the bracket off the new and put it on the old one. Neither headlight matched with each other and they were not adjusted at all. Rubber grommets around the signal light bulb sockets were missing so the sockets would not lock in place into the lens on the right or left side signal lights. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THIER VEHICLES THERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. Meagan in the body was helpful in all that she tried to do. That is the good thing there. She did her best to solve these issues.

Kelly has sold us 2 Lincolns and made sure we were completely satisfied. Kelly is always available even after the purchase to answer my questions. Jody also worked extra hard for us!! I will certainly buy again knowing we will be taken care of.

I filled out an online form stating interest in a Ford Transit Connect. Within about 30 minutes I had a call from Heberts Town & Country Ford Lincoln. Kelly told me they had the vehicle I was looking for. I wasted my time speaking to more than a dozen dealerships across the Nation and immediately knew that I had found the right dealership. Most dealerships were not only flaky on returning calls, unwilling to negotiate in good faith, but they were being greedy due to the short supply of Ford F250s. Hebert Ford is an old school, customer first dealership where you really do feel like you are part of their family. Their was no haggling over the price; it was fair from the first offer they put on the table. Doug facilitated the delivery of my truck from Louisiana to Dallas where I met I picked up the vehicle and was greeted by a very pleasant member of their dealership.Bottom line: great deal and great experience.

I called to make an appt to get my truck serviced as they are local. The woman I talked to was such a B@#$th that I will never let them touch my vehicle. If they talk to potential customers in such fashion, they obviously don’t need or want my business. Unacceptable.

Fast and easy to work with.

They were absolutely no help with making sure my insurance paid for all parts damaged in accident. AC compressor damaged and these idiots wont back our claim. Fenders do not line up correctly with hood. If you want your car fixed go someplace else. They are far from professional

Friendly staffUpdate ! After my girlfriend bought a new Explorer the transmission completely failed and had to be replaced they took nearly a month to fix, they did give us a old loaner car with over 105,000 miles on it what a let down on what we were driving. They never called with an update on repair status wr had to call them. We have had other customer service issues with them. This is why we updated our original 5 star review to a 1 star

Heberts Ford & Lincoln is an outstanding dealership. The entire staff is professional. My experience was very pleasurable! Was given a warranty on my engine and transmission for life. (warranty for life). They also have the best Maintenance service from oil changes to multi-point inspection. Being from the area, i was a little skeptical. But after the experience, i would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife suv runs great. Im definitely in the market for a truck and will be shopping with them again soon!!!!!!!!

Talked with Doug Smith the evening before about the Ford Focus I was looking for and decided to go see him to discuss things the next day. There wasnt a Focus like I wanted at the time and the next day he texted and said that he had the car there. He was very friendly and patiently helped me to understand all the gadgets in the car that I have never had. He has gone out of his way to help me and make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy. I highly recommend Heberts Town and Country and that you let Doug help you. They gave me a warranty on engine and transmission.. For life ! And they offered to drive it to me to dfw for free!

We went to sign papers on a vehicle at the dealership. My husband went to inspect the vehicle again and crawled underneath the truck and noticed blue shop paper towels pushed up behind the motor. When he pulled the shop towels out oil started pouring underneath the vehicle. The salesman insisted that they do not let any vehicle come out to the lot. Of course we didnt buy the truck. The salesman ended up calling me the next day and stating it was the seal around the bolt for the oil pan. I have changed alot of oil in my day and know the oil pan is not behind the motor. Very crappy!!!!

We discovered Heberts Town & Country while looking on the Internet for a good pre-owned Lincoln. We found what we were looking Heberts. I called the dealership about the vehicle I wanted and talked to Doug Smith. He assured me the vehicle was still available and was as advertised. We decided to drive up to Heberts on a Saturday morning. Doug met us as we drove as he recognized us from the description of our car. We were quite impressed by him and Heberts staff.
