We have used Affordable 3 times and have never been disappointed. They always explained what they intended to do, answered our questions, and accepted our changes and additions. Their demeanor was pleasant and outgoing sometime even humerous. Tim and Eric were like machines. From the time they arrived they were in perpetual motion. They always got the job done in minimal time so we could go on with the rest of our day.We will use them in the future if more of our bushes or trees have to be removed!

These guys were amazing! I’ve used their services once before, and they were great then too. Which is why I called them to take care of a tricky stump removal job. Stumps were up on a concrete ledge, close to the ledge, and tight quarters. They did all they could to take care of the stumps! They could’ve, maybe should of, walked away from the job, but they made it work! They even hand cut remaining stumps that were too close to the ledge, cut a metal fence rod for me so the job could work, and cleaned up after themselves!

We needed a ash wood removed it was within the 15-16 inches, so guy told me $40. They get here and he calls to say there’s growth around the stump and that they need to trim it down so it was another $40, so double the price. There was NO growth that made the removal any worse or DOUBLE the price! I had written down when I called the first time that he said it would be no tax if paid in cash and tax if check. Never told me that when they came just said they’d leave reciept at door. I had it written down and forgot if we paid cash there would be no tax. Won’t be using this company again! Totally ripped off!

Eric was extremely considerate, helpful and responsive. When we spoke, he was very honest with me that they were very busy. He said he could put my name down and could probably get to my project in a couple weeks but recommended I look for someone else and just let him know. He was so kind to let me know he didnt want to leave me in a pickle if they couldnt remove my stump before I was having other work done. This shows the company and Erics character. When Eric couldnt get a hold of me via phone, he stopped by the property to check on the progress of the project. This was above and beyond. So thoughtful! Five Star Service. I called Affordable Stump Removal this morning to remove some juniper stumps. They called back within 30 minutes and said that they could do the work right away, as they were just finishing up another job nearby. When Eric and Tim arrived 10 minutes later they spent time to understand what I wanted done, and then quickly went to work to cut down and remove the stumps. I called Affordable Tree Stump Removal at 1:30pm on Wednesday. They happened to be in my area and came over removed large tree stump right away -everything was done by 2:45 pm. They hauled the debris to another area of our lawn for us and used a leaf blower to clean up. I was absolutely blown away by their service. Super affordable as well. They exceeded my expectations in every way!! I would highly recommend them!!

Quick and absolutely affordable . The guys came when they said they would and it took less than an hour to stump my tree. They even went and saved some branches from the bottom so my son could try and regrow a new tree. I highly recommend them!

I can only talk in superlatives when describing their work--very professional, thorough in work and in clean-up, and extremely good prices. Tim and Erik were great. They gave me a quick estimate over the phone, based on my surface measurements of the stump on the surface. When they arrived, my measurements were on the small side. They quickly gave me a new, accurate, quote with NO obligation to grind the stump! I agreed and One, two, three, they completed the job very well.

These guys do an A-1 job! They make sure ALL the stump is ground out, plus they leveled the hump around the stump for me. Even ground out a small stump for free. On time too, they show up when they say they will!

These guys are great and treated the stump situation I had with the utmost professionalism and honesty. Eric and Dave were extremely professional assisting me with clearing out 30+ stumps both small and large. Eric came out to give an estimate for the job the same day that I called. He was very honest and upfront stating the time and cost for the job (which I found appropriate for the size of the job). They were able to complete the job without me there. The guy who I spoke to throughout this experience was very direct and had a no-nonsense approach to everything. At times he doesnt even let you get a word in (when conversating).The work and price of the job, however, was amazing. They did a good job tearing out the roots. I understand clean up wasnt part of the agreement but my only complaint is that there was a huge mess and some of it got into my neighbors yard.Overall I would recommend them if you dont mind cleaning up yourself. The price and amount of time they took to do the job was fantastic.

When I called I was given a reasonable quote for the work and was informed that when the crew arrived they may have to adjust the price based on what they find. A great experience! My call was answered on the first attempt (which I find somewhat rare today when contacting contractors).
