JS Digital solutions took a little over $24k from our business between 2012 and 2013. Our website wasnt even up and running for the first 6 months of our service!!!!!!! Then I ended up sending over graphics for them to use to just get something up! My sales lady had NO customer service. She never returned calls. I was reassigned to an EXCELLENT sales rep by the name of John Parrish. He managed to take care of everything for me. Unfortunately, his company, wanted to charge us another $3500.00 for a site redesign even though theyre the ones who jacked it up in the first place. I then discovered that our rankings were never improving over time. Once I had the site rebuilt by someone else and published it, within one month our site traffic improved dramatically. I wouldnt recommend these guys. It seems like they have/had a lot of internal issues as one of my experiences with a now former manager was EXTREMELY negative due to how unprofessional he was. John P, youre a great rep. Unfortunately, the company you work for is completely backwards in every way. I wish I could get my money back.
