I started doing marketing for a motorsports dealership in January and as such was in charge of managing their website and social media. I quickly found ARIs back end to be slow, clunky, and far from intuitive. They use a boilerplate template that does little to distinguish one site from another, and were fairly slow to respond to requested changes. I only had one site assessment call with our ARI representative in the last 9 months, and while she was very friendly and helpful, there was little she could to to improve our page without charging a lot extra.Due to this I began looking for other hosting services, and ended up going with Dealer Spike, who I would already recommend far and away above ARI. They are SEO optimized, mobile optimized, and have been attentive and very helpful in changing even minute details about the website. Satisfied with their services, I sent a cancellation request to our ARI representative only to find out that she is no longer with the company (explains why I havent heard from them in months), and that we have to keep paying for ARIs services for another 6 months (another $1800 for a website people will never see again).Overall had I known more about them I would have recommended against renewing a year long contract, although based on other reviews Im guessing it was auto-renewed. I would not recommend ARI to anyone in the motorsports industry or otherwise for hosting services. Bad customer service, outdated hosting, and excessive charges for limited functionality. 1 star is being generous for this company.

The CMS, tech support, and our account manager, Tim Steele, all get an A+++. Tim is always available to help us maximize our impact on the web, the CMS is easy to use and reliable, and tech support bends over backwards to make updates for us, even when our requests are more than simple. I would give 0 stars if possible. Ive used multiple companies for websites and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. The customer service is terrible and the manager I spoke to was a very rude. Im stuck with this place for another year.I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
