They were able to get me on the cleaning schedule within a couple days. Two people came for our initial cleaning and they did a great job. It was so nice to come home to a fresh, clean home after a long day of work. Im looking forward to having them come regularly.

The first company I called to set up my home cleaning told me they could come to my house and give me an estimate (not the actual cleaning) in 4 weeks. Sparkly Cleaning answered my online request within an hour or so, sent me a quote (which I accepted), and my initial cleaning was set up for two business days later. Great service - nice workers! I had them come for an overall initial cleaning to prepare my house for a gathering and they did a great job. 2 efficient and friendly worker scrubbed and vacuumed away for a couple hours. I was working from home that day and had a virtual meeting, so they were very obliging for that. The only negative is that I wish they could do the lights and upper walls/cabinets, but they only are allowed to do what they can reach.

We used Sparkly House Cleaning services to clean our new home before we moved. We found their prices to be very competitive and their initial communication to be excellent. On the day of the cleaning, Sparkly sent two team members to clean our 1800 square foot residence, and they spent less than two hours cleaning our empty home. When I arrived at the house to inspect the cleaning I was very disappointed to see the quality of the work. Our fixtures and cabinets were still dirty and they missed an entire area of the house (finished basement) that we included in our initial square footage. Additionally, we paid extra to have our refrigerator cleaned and we found food remnants in the drawers and on the shelves even after the cleaning. I would have given Sparkly two stars, but Vanessa checked in with me immediately after the cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. When I said I was not, she sent a team lead to the house right away to address my concerns. The team lead spent some additional time cleaning which improved the overall quality of the job. While I was very happy that the satisfaction guarantee is taken seriously at Sparkly, I was disappointed with the initial work. In the future I would probably explore other options.

In the process of moving, running back and forth, getting quotes for this and that I completely forgot I had booked them for a Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately I had to cancel on them last minute, but everyone was so understanding and friendly. We felt horrible about having to turn them away, but their customer service is outstanding. Vanessa was wonderful and very understanding. We will definitely be calling them back for cleaning once everything settles down.

I hired Sparkly for a move-out cleaning on our 2bd/2bath apartment. I requested the estimate on a Saturday morning, heard back with the estimate, and had the cleaning scheduled all within a couple of hours. I had requested estimates from other local cleaning companies and it took much longer to hear back (if at all). The cleaning itself was very good and the price was super fair. If we were staying in the area I would absolutely hire them again!

Writing in the time of Covid. Renting out my lower level after tenants moved out, so decided to do a professional clean to be extra super sure it was nice and clean. They were just two people with a bucket a mop and a vacuum for $180. My place didnt look any different from before to after. Sparkly did a great job at our home. I had a one-time cleaning done for a party, and I was very pleased. We arent particularly messy but Sparkly gave our house that extra shine that comes from a good deep clean. Our baseboards were especially happy! They were great with our dog, too. They communicate well and promptly. Regular cleanings arent in the cards for us at the moment, but I will definitely call Sparkly in the future if that changes. Consistently the best. Ive used Sparkly over the years for my move out cleanings as I switched apartments and now Im finally in a regular monthly schedule to keep up with it. She was fine with my request to only clean certain rooms (my kids still have responsibility of cleaning their own rooms per their request) and was able to get our first initial clean in very quickly. Also received firm quote for initial clean and 2x and monthly cleaning. I ended up working from home the day of that initial clean and was really impressed with the person who came. First, there was only one person - not 3 or 4 like previous companies - and she accomplished more and of a higher quality in less time than anyone else. Crystal did a quick follow-up on the cleaning to make sure everything was satisfactory before submitting for payment - nice touch. I immediately started using them monthly.
