I tried for two days to get a hold of some one at Forward Air in Miami for assistance to verify they received a delivery order. I left messages as well as sent emails. I got a computer generated response that they were working on my email and would get back to me. I never heard anything. I finally gave up trying to talk to a live person because no matter what number I pushed, I couldnt get through. Extremely disappointing.

Very helpful staff. Got us in and out with our freight in just a few minutes.

Assos no help at all, always in bad moods

Well it seems to me that this is not a very safety oriented company, I just had one of their drivers pull in front of me trying to get onto an overpass here and Wisconsin(Drexel in Oak Creek), I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a run under accident. His trailer number was 164308. I honked my horn continuously the bearded driver just laughed. I tried to call safety to report him but was given the runaround by the lady who answered the phone saying that they had nobody in safety and those who were in charge were on the dock.
