I do not recommend anyone applying to this place. I went in for an interview for one of their internships. I have NEVER experienced such a rude and unprofessional employer prior to my experience at DS.The receptionist asked me questions that I thought was definitely information she shouldn’t have had about me. She made me feel extremely dumb and when I asked for clarity or why/what she was doing she would never answer with a clear answer. This made me furious and left me with a super bad impression of the company.After, I had my interview and was placed in a room by myself. The phone kept ringing but no one told me that I should’ve picked it up. Not sure if it was a way of testing my skills. Honestly not a good method because I had no idea who the call was for and I had no idea where to get help if the call wasn’t for me.The interviewers were not positive and didn’t look happy interviewing me. Maybe they found someone that they already wanted to offer the internship to, but I would’ve appreciated it if they could’ve showed that they cared. IN the end, I was offered an internship at a different company.

I thought of recommending this company to my friends and family, especially now since you can’t find toilet tissue in the stores, but I’m glad I didn’t because their unprofessionalism at such a time is unfortunate. I placed an order, after refreshing several times to be sure the product was available, then I called after two days and I was told by Kassie KochanAccount Specialist that the product wasn’t available until July, therefore, she put a cancellation request in and I placed a verbal order with her for a similar product. I received an email the following day stating that they were unable to cancel the order due to it being shipped out already. Kassie Kochan, the Account Specialist was the one who told me the product was no longer available, but it shipped out. I am displeased because I was charged for 2 seprate products. I requested a refund and I am now waiting for the refund confirmation.

Ive worked in Environmental Services (maintenance, housekeeping and laundry) in nursing homes since 1986 and Direct Supply has been in business since 1985 so Ive worked with them a long time. They cater to healthcare and have a great group of people who bend over backwards to meet our needs.I have nothing but good things to say about Direct Supply and every nursing home I work with uses the TELS preventive maintenance program. The TELS program also is for corrective maintenance, tracking equipment for costs spent on repairs, warranty and increasing the lifespan of the equipment by taking better care of it.Direct Supply has the most innovative ideas and stays on top of the needs of the industry.I am not a salesman for them but have found them to be a partner in the industry and support them 100 %.

Very poor customer service: ordered an item on their website - cumbersome and takes repeated efforts to enter the information. Finally succeeded with placing the order with shipping promised in one day. A couple of days later, the order appeared as cancelled on their website w/o any explanation or attempt to contact me. After calling them, someone got in touch and took the credit card information again, with shipping still promised in one day. Credit card quickly charged but five days later order again appeared as “cancelled” on the website - no attempt to contact me and the salesperson (Kassie) does not respond to phone calls or emails. Would never purchase from them again.UPDATE: more than two weeks later still nothing refunded to a credit card - disputing through the credit card company now.

Great location for holding events and other activities for large groups.

Not sure how this place is still in business with super inflated prices on easily retrievable items. Also offers a program called TELS that cost $75 a month that is absolutely worthless to anybody using it. This company is legitimately a scam.
