These people were awesome! I didnt have the appointment number and the lady at the check in heard me getting a runaround from the broker and gave me a phone number to call. That lady was super nice and gave me the info. Then they had me loaded in 45 minutes. Awesome job!

I arrived at 08:15 for a 09:00 appt. Took 30 minutes to check in. Received a door at 10:30. Loaded by 11:15. My only complaint is all the trucks coming at once and haphazard parking. People everywhere and limited space to maneuver.

Friendly place but slow slow slow. 5+ hours to load. Dont even think of coming here if you are a low on hours.

Not a hard place to find. You need to go to the West entrance to check in regardless of picking up or dropping off. Most of the docks are easy to get to except the two around back. If they have you go back there, you either need a short truck or you need to back ALL THE WAY back there as there is not enough room to turn around back there. The people I met were nice, especially the lady at the front desk. The unload took a while but that was not the fault of the employees this time. I found the easiest way to get back out was to go up to good hope Rd then back out to the interstate.

Not a bad place to pick up the load. In n out in less than an hour. Keep up the good work.

Pretty sure they take a 15 min break every hour and they definitely do not honor your appt time. If you load here bring food cuz it’s gonna be awhile.

It east to find this place but people are crps live unloading takes for while opnen hrs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM no overnight sleep but gate is open u can come in anytime

Checking in can take forever here. Waited at the window for 20 min just for one pallet.

Its very poor service .Want to pick up load wait almost 6 hours or more than that.Every two hours they are go for break.30 mins.
