If you value your business, your reputation or your job - avoid Quicksilver. I scheduled a 1 hour courier from Mequon to Milwaukee at 9:12AM. The trip takes 21 minutes and is 14 miles. It is now 2:45pm and I do not have the time sensitive envelope that my firm needed and not one single person at Quicksilver cares. I have called five times since 9AM to track the location, each and every time, they lied to me. They told me the first couple of times that he was delayed, first 90 minutes, then 60. At 1:13pm I called and was told it was now on the truck and he will be there in 40 minutes. At 2:19, I spoke to the manager. The manager sounded like she had just woken up from an afternoon nap under her desk and had zero empathy to how important this envelope was to our business. She lied to me again just as her employee, Kristy, had all day. Everyone should be aware how poorly this company performs. Use MIlwaukee Courier Company if you *actually* want your delivery, delivered.

Fired due to another driver not paying attention while using their cell phone!!I was pushed out of my lane by a driver on a cell phone which caused me to side swipe an abandoned car on the side of the highway; on my three yr anniversary no less. So much for being at work everyday and doing my job!

Just had Quicksilver pick up and deliver a package for me. Great service. Everything went real smooth. Pack got delivered in a timely manor.

This company is a JOKE! They are careless, incompetent, and are jeopardizing the way my job does business. Kristie the office wench was rude, slow and lied to me all day. Her manager was extremely rude as well, which clearly is where her employees get it from. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

If I didnt have to give Quicksilver a star to post a review I wouldnt. As an ex employee I hated working for this company. The management and upper management is RUDE and incompetent. They treat you good or bad based off how much behind you are willing to kiss and faces you are smiling in. Its based off commission and you dont get to review your orders completely UNTIL you are paid twice per month. They attach a printout of your orders you did per day and attach it to your paycheck. They have ways of correcting what they feel you deserve off a run rather than what the actual run was for and that could be from Milwaukee to Madison, WI daily just to make $9.00. In a nut shell this company is NOT worth the time of a parent with children and or a college student trying to earn extra income, they will work you like a slave for a little of nothing. If you apply to work at Quicksilver Milwaukee branch I guaranteed youll come back to my comment and agree to what I said.

Every time I have used Quicksilver I have had a great experience. I spoke to billing this morning and she was so helpful and even saved me some work so THANK YOU!!

The company is timely, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. From the moment they answer the phone, it is nothing but attitude and rudeness. It is as if they prefer NOT to get calls and NOT to get business. I was very tempted to cancel my order in the middle of placing it and going elsewhere but I was in a time crunch. I would have given one star, but of the three people I talked to there was one woman who was okay.

Staff attitude and engagement is usually pretty poor and recently had issues with timing and pick-up. Requested 45 minute service and was called about an hour later saying it would be delayed to 90 minutes. That was fine, expect they didnt pick it up for another 4 hours. Unreliable and not very friendly. Not going to use them again.

Commission based. They would make you run 3hr trip for $9.00. Its all about making them money. You make more at Uber or Lift.

It can be a very nice place to work. But a lot of times drivers dont show up for work forcing other drivers to work long hours whether a van driver, truck driver, or car driver. No benefits except paid vacation days after a year of service which results in a high driver turn over. You never know what your getting paid for a run intil pay day comes around twice a month making it hard to stretch your money out some 17-18 days at a time. Never got any raises and for the last 7yrs. Ive been working there, I make the same amount every year or less. Trucks are very uncomfortable, no air ride at all. But management will back you.

Dont provide your customer a price based on the quote they give you. Its almost double when you call to schedule with extra fees they dont mention until they know youre ready to book. Have used in the past, but will be switching providers based on this practice. Rude manager also.

The comany I work for uses quicksilver a regular basis. The customer service is terrible. Whenever I call I get attitude from their staff. They clearly dont want to be working there and they arent afraid to let you know it. They do get stuff delivered on time, the only reason we continue to use them, but I absoulutely hate dealing with them. Stay away if at all possible.

Passed one of their cars on the highway, was covered in Bernie Sanders and Russ Feingold stickers. Looks very unprofessional to let drivers advertise political affiliations on company vehicles.

Staff is rude and incompetent. Avoid this place.

Had an issue with a driver on the road. Manager called me back promptly.
