They delivered a level of clean that truly impressed me. My car came back clean in places I didnt even know it had. They are genuinely interested in cars and took great care of my vehicle. I genuinely think these guys really care about getting cars sparkly.If this is what their basic job looks like, I am looking forward to trying their other detailing services. They are now my go-to when I want my ride looking at its best.

I have been working with North Shores Finest for about a year now. I work at a local dealer and we send out cars to North Shore. I have probably had 30 vehicles detailed by them. Including Cars priced at $3,000-$60,000. They do a great job on each one. They offer the quality I would come to expect when getting my own vehicle detailed. I would highly recommend!

Called repeatedly. Voice mail is full and can not leave messages. Doesnt answer phone. Doesnt reply to the form set up on his website for questions. Shouldnt be this hard to reach an employee for information.

Please do not waste your money. Although this place may be a little less expensive than some of its competitors, that price is not outweighed by their aweful customer service. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after they were rude to my mother and lost a floor mat from her Acura TL. My wife decided to get my Jeep detailed for me as a gift and when she told me where it was being done I was immediately concerned but she had already paid for it, so I decided to give it a shot. I was told that my vehicle would be ready by a certain time so my wife picked me up to go get it. When I got there, not only did they tell me I had a balance due because of extra dog hair (even though my wife told them that before hand) and wouldnt let it go. It wasnt worth my time to argue and I could tell the guy at the counter was just doing his job and his boss wouldnt allow him to not charge me this random overcharge. I paid the extra charge and at that time they told me my vehicle wasnt ready (even though they told me it would be). I waited over an hour and when I asked again if it was done, it seemed like I was being an inconvenience. At no point was I rude or even acting angry but I was quite frustrated. After all was said and done I finally got my vehicle back and the job that was done was pretty mediocre. I have worked in retail and customer service in the past and I would never treat a customer so poorly. Spend the money to get your vehicle cleaned by people who act professional and who will do quality work.

Took my 2006 Jeep Commander to these guys... Didn’t even recognize the car when I got it back, hands down amazing what these guys did!

Absolutely horrible service. Not only did it take 4 more hours than we were told for a car that was already in defend shape but we went home with half of our items missing and someone else’s floor mats. We still don’t have our other items
