Hands down my favorite pharmacy to work with as both a consumer and a provider. I can readily speak with humans when I need to. They are responsive. They communicate clearly. Serveyou Rx calls me back when they say they are going to.When I called Serveyou Rx about a prescription change I had not expected, they actively worked with me to correct the mistake (made by the doctor’s office when they changed to a new electronic prescribing system) and ensured their system monitored it to prevent the error from happening again.When I cannot get through to my doctor’s office regarding prescriptions they use the electronic communications to do so, and provide me with feedback about their success.

I must use this mail on pharmacy and I continue to have ongoing issues with this Pharmacy. Between the lost packages, the long delivery and miscommunication makes it extremely difficult to work with them. Some of the staff are helpful, others are rude and unable to assist.They have lost my packages along with not shipping the medications improperly ( causing them to be compromised) and are hesitant to ship the medication expedited as they expect me to wait 1 week for delivery. If you have an option to stay away, please do so!

If I could give this company no stars I would. I’ve had multiple medications damaged by the time they get to me. When I call for replacements and send in the damaged product, I never receive it causing me to miss fills. I had to pay to go to urgent care to get a weeks worth of a refill because they screwed up and won’t release my medication to a pharmacy for a Non controlled substance. Every time I call I get wrong information. I am literally begging my companies hr department to ditch this company ASAP! It’s costing more insurance money due to them billing to send replacements for medication they sent damaged!!! At this point I’d rather pay an extra three dollars out of pocket for the refills but they are making it as difficult as possible. Avoid this company!!!!

If you require daily maintenance medication for a severe illness, prepare for the worst. I hate that we are forced to use this pharmacy for maintenance medications. My meds are always later and later, so I end up going a minimum of a week without my meds. Ive tried ordering them earlier and that doesnt make any sort of difference. I will be talking to HR to see if there is any way around using this pharmacy before it kills me. I have spent so many days ill from not being able to take my medications for Lupus or from withdrawal from not having my antidepressant for days or weeks. I also have to call at least 2 times every time I refill my medications because there is some sort of issue, and this of course delays it even longer. This pharmacy is going to end up costing someone their life.

They keep sending their medications later and later causing you to miss dosses orders taking 5 to 10 days to arrive.Shortly after posting this a rather pleasant individual from their company reached out to me explaining they have been having problems with the Post Office so near Christmas. I checked and found the USPS Has had my package at their Oak Creek sorting facility. giving me inaccurate updates on its progress.

The only reason that I use this company is because my insurance requires that I do. Every single time I have to deal with a refill I lose a piece of myself!! Regularly I go days, sometimes up to 2 weeks, without my medications due to lapse in refills. My current situation? Its been 2 weeks since my bottle was filled and processed and it STILL isnt in my mailbox. What takes you guys so long? They want you to pay $40 for express. Do you know what express means? That they process the prescription faster than 5 days lol. I am literally paying them extra to do their jobs. Absolutely terrible.

If you have a choice, do NOT choose this pharmacy. My meds are 3, going on 4, days late, and I am experiencing withdrawals that are impacting my performance in school.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Once again, IF you have a choice, choose a better place.

Automated phone ordering is easy and reliable. Customer service when needed has been helpful and courteous and I have never had a problem reaching a live person. Verification delays have occurred, but I follow new scripts with Drs and Serve You to ensure we have what we need. On occasions when time becomes an issue, our Drs will provide a low count script for a local pharmacy. We are saving a lot of money with Serve You. Only complaint is that they (understandably) use different manufacturers and when pills look different, it can become slightly confusing. We adapt.

I used Serve Your RX for the last year to save money and it is not worth it. I switched back to a local pharmacy. Serve You RX service is terrible. Although the representatives are usually friendly, it seems the information they enter into their system just disappears into the abyss. The follow-up required is ridiculous. It takes multiple phone calls and emails to get prescriptions transferred, refilled, or renewed - often leaving me and my family without needed medication.

3/29/21 UpdateMy birth control medication were lost for month with post office, I am not sure there were kept at correct temp and are still effective. Customer service offered no assistance. My other medication went from tier 1 to tier 2 and the price increased 20 times what I normally paid and I was not notified so my bank account went into over draft when it was filled.We are forced to us mail order by husband company. I fax in transfer request and hear nothing for a month. Call in for refills and they say they have no information. I call pharmacy in town to refill medication and I am told that mail order transferred them out 2 weeks ago, well before I called. So I call mail order again and they have the prescriptions and say that we have to fill out profile with our information which is ridiculous because had to put name,address and insurance info on fax along with payment method.When I mention that fact they are oh yes we have that wiell then why couldnt we fill medication when I called. Now we have to wait 1 week for my husband diabetes medication and there solution is call 2 weeks before you run out which we did. Other option fix their mistake by calling doctor and getting 10 day supply called in to local pharmacy and pay cash. This mail order is terrible.

Always SO helpful with my Rx issues. Glad to have 3 month supply of medication on hand and not have to waste time at the local pharmacy. Sometimes I do have to double check on medications that are being transferred but easy to access people to help me.

Why would a mail-order pharmacy default to one-time fills? Because theyre clueless about what a customer needs. Dont waste your time using this company. They have little business acumen and will always blame your insurance company for their ridiculous policies. They need to 1) Default to auto-refills, 2) learn what it means to be an advocate for their clients, and 3) pick up the phone once in a while when your BP medicine is running low. My local pharmacy can do this, why cant Serve You?

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have screwed up a crucial auto refill medication numerous times. They do however always have some kind of lame excuse. If I did my job as poorly as serve you rx I would not have a job. I will be petitioning my employer to find another mail order pharmacy.Here is an update, they saw my review and contacted me about wanting to talk about it and crickets.

Called over a month ago now and had my prescription switched. The rep never mentioned anything about putting a card on file. I told them I just filled my prescription and have a one month supply. That was may 11th. Called June 11th and they said they didnt have a card on file so they didnt send it. When asked why they didnt ask for it, she didnt know. Then she said someone would call me and get that information. 2 days later no call or anything. Being a diabetic and on antidepressants. Dont have either medication because of this company. I was lucky I could by some insulin over the counter or else Id be dead. There response was nothing. Still not resolved. Walmart has a better response team

Ordered my prescription at the end of June. July 21 and still waiting. Its 110 degrees out. Will my pills be good, or diminished by the heat? Been out for two weeks. Called twice, first time told theyd be here by the 10th. 2nd call told theyd be here 13th or 14th. Really poor service. Will have to call the doctor and get it refilled somewhere else.

They stated they didnt ship my husbands medication because they were waiting on the doctors office to verify the dose. They never contacted myself or my husband to inform us of the delay. I work at the office my husband goes too and we never received communication from the pharmacy regarding the verification needed. I had the nurse contact Serve You Rx informing them the med dose was already verified. Serve You Rx stated they did receive the verification that was needed but the person that accepted the verification at Serve You Rx never released the meds to be shipped. Now my husband will run out of medication due to Serve Yous lack of communication.

If I could give Zero stars I would! My husband called two weeks ago to have all his medications switched to here... but nothing ever arrived. When he called today to check on the status they said they have no record of his information. Terrible communication, reliability and service!!!

My wife posted this to the ServeU Rx Facebook page. Her post won’t show, as its negative.This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy company ever. In the two weeks since we signed up*Took our brand new pharmacy order after signing up without letting us know we needed to have a card on file immediately for them to process our order.*Took a week to contact us to let us know we needed to have a card on file for them to even process the order. We are told it can take up to a week to process the order from the pharmacy.*One of my daughter’s scripts the dosage was incorrect. I was told that they couldn’t contact the doctor that I had to and it would be about another week for that to process. These are her depression and anti anxiety meds which she was out of for two days at that point. Not good. So instead of waiting another week I had to take the lower dosage at a 90 day fill and when that is up I can then call the doctor for the correct dosage.*Order finally gets processed and we are told it will take about 2-3 days to arrive, which at this point both my daughter and myself were out of our meds.*I confirm the address the meds were to be sent to and because the pharmacy that transferred my daughter’s scripts had the old address they chose to send the meds there instead of to the address I confirmed with them.* I call to complain about the address error and am told she will have another med going to the incorrect address because they were sent out at different times.* I asked if they had a place where I could go and leave a review and I was told no. But I found their page and here I am.My husband and his coworkers got completely screwed when we were told they had to switch to this place. I absolutely hate it.

My mom is now having to pay out of pocket for her medication because this pharmacy failed to contact her physician for a refill in a timely fashion and her prescription insurance will not cover it at a local pharmacy. Supposedly, they had been trying to reach the prescriber for at least five days without success, so we had a local pharmacy contact the prescriber with a refill request today and they had it in less than 30 minutes.

I ordered my prescription and was told it had been shipped by multiple staff members on different days, and when I did not receive it I called back and then was told it actually had never been shipped because they needed “verification” of the dose from my doctor. I missed doses due to the delay and miscommunication among staff. This is unprofessional and frankly unsafe. When I completed their satisfaction survey I indicated requesting a call back to discuss this incident and still haven’t received one.

I have filled out their help form on 4 occasions over the last year and have NEVER gotten a response. Now they have deleted my account, even though I have prescriptions pending. And lo and behold, noone answers their emails or returns voicemails.

I am forced to use this pharmacy by my insurance company. About 75% of the time there is a mistake or delay receiving my medication even when I order early and have meds on auto refill. I have gone through withdrawl and had to go to the ER as a result. Im looking at the costs of my medications and Im going to pay out of pocket at Walgreens rather than deal with this. Ive made multiple complaints and nothing ever happens
