I can’t say enough about the entire ACT Dental organization! My experience over the last 2 years has been phenomenal. It’s not only changed and grown my practice, but it’s helped to grow me as a leader and a person. Our entire team has benefited from our time with ACT. Grateful for Adriana, Kirk and the ACT Team.

Wow is it obvious that Kirk is passionate about what he does. It was clear his message and teachings stem from increasing the quality of life (family time!) of his clients. In the short time I heard him speak I can tell this individual positively affects the lives of anyone who comes into contact with him!

Practice Changing! It’s as simple as that. Kirk has a way of bringing out those “A Ha” moments. He will make you ask the same question to yourself over and over again...”why aren’t we doing that...it makes so much sense?”The great thing is, he does it in such a way that has you laughing and intrigued the entire time. Kirk hit it right on the head. The focus is on your team and building it the right way. Training them to continue to connect with our patients and take care of them like no one else and how to take that to the next level. He reinforced so much of what I believe and he inspired me to lead my team and challenge us to be even better. He presented lessons and skills that each member of our team can use and realistically put into effect Monday morning. Worth every minute.

Kirk was a phenomenal speaker who is excited about keeping DENTAL POWER TEAMS recharged and motivated! Kirk was by far one of the best speakers that Ive encountered in a very long time. He was very upbeat, he was fun, he was funny and got his message across very clearly. I have been to a plethora of these type of events over the last 35 years of my career in dentistry. A lot of these techniques I have used and yes they do work . Kirk was dynamic, high-energy and on-point; truly info-taining! The Vegas Dentsply-Sirona presentation we attended was so filled with useful information that we couldn’t take notes fast enough! I’ve been practicing for 31 years and I’ve seen many many presenters in my career, but Kirk was truly unique, his perspective is fresh and he’s the real-deal; so insightful. He could teach me a boat-load despite my decades of experience. He’s personable, likable and believable. I think he could super-charge any practice he helps with his practice management techniques.
