It is rare when I get give a 5 star review. I want to thank the service manager and team for an outstanding customer service experience. I did not walk in in my usual suit and tie, but still received white glove service from beginning to end. More than pleased with the result of their work. A strong recommend.
A great experience all around. I knew what I was looking for coming in. Adam gave me a few options and explained the entire process as we went as this was my first time buying from a dealership and financing. Dino worked to get the payment I needed for the vehicle I wanted and at a pretty good rate as well. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the whole process was fairly quick. Many thanks to Adam, Dino and the entire team for getting me into an SUV that I absolutely love driving. Ill definitely be back for my next purchase!
Recently(9/14/21) I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, needless to say the job performed was poor, incomplete and to top it off they caused damage that subsequently led to further damage to my wheel, hub, and bearing. They broke one of the wheel locks and couldnt remove the wheel for the said rotation. They further increased the damage by attempting to drill through the wheel lock and into the stud, eventually leaving the job incomplete and suggested I take the vehicle to the dealer I purchased it from after I declined to incurr any charges to a brand new vehicle that they caused damage to. Today 9/16/21 the dealer in Gurnee,Illinois was able to remove the wheel after about 5 hours of trying to maneuver through the damage Griffin CJDR left behind. Not only is the wheel damaged, but the hub bearing had to be replaced taking a simple tire rotation into a $1,000+ invoice to me at no fault of my own. This was also the first time the wheels were being touched since it came off the lot. To add salt to the wound they didnt tighten down the fasteners on the guard that protects the oil pan area causing it to drop down and scrape down the road. This dealer is a short drive from my home so its pathetic that I had to drive 45 mins to Illinois to get good service done on my vehicle. I always got my trucks though them, every 3 years, but charging 3 grand more then msrp on 2021 Ram 2500 they lost a loyal customer, theres other dealers out there that wont rip you off like they tried doing, got my truck from a different dealer Ill be buying from now on

Very poor service. Had my car for a tune up but not a full maintenance one. It took them a week to get a regular tune up. In addition, the mechanic broke my car key and now, no one will not return my calls to get a replacement. I was working with the service person and Service Manager and both ghosted me. 3 weeks into this and I have a defective key and still have not heard from them. Very unhappy customer!!! I do NOT recommend ever going to them for any service work ever!!!
My experience with Griffins Hub was a very good one. I found the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. It doesnt get much better than that. My salesman Jerad Holmes was knowledgeable and personable. he showed me everything I wanted to see . Very kind and thoughtful.
Don’t expect to get your oil change within in a week. I could excuse that last year with all the Covid19 worries, but no not anymore to wait 1 1/2 weeks to get an oil change. Not exactly speedy oil change is it??? Makes me question why I bought the oil change plan as this has been a continuing problem of availability. Once you get in I have no problem with Griffin but there seems to be a major problem GETTING IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT
I been having multiple problems every time i bring my truck to this diler.First time they put way so much air in my tires.Second one i just brought it a day ago for multiple issues in my truck one off them was that self parking button doesn’t work and parking buton cant be turn off and all they told me that it was related to a tint in my headlights witch sounds stuped because self parking and parking sensor do not have anything to do why my problem, so basically they just charged me for two hours off work for basically nothing totally bad and unprofessional.100% wouldn’t recomend ever this dilership.By the way give this place one star because i can give them less than that.

Had a absolutely horrible experience recently when I brought my car in for some repairs from the service department. The staff that I talked to were very rude, disrespectful, unengaging, unprofessional, and uninterested in regards to helping fix my car.Ryan from the service department in particular epitomized everything mentioned above and heres why:After making the initial appointment for repairs and giving him three different numbers to contact me with, he never cared/bothered to call me with any sort of update. I had to call him to ask what was going on after a little more than a week of not hearing anything from him after the date I originally brought my car in. When we did finally speak after I had to initiate contact with him, he was very disinterested in talking and had little to no information to offer me at all even after they had possession my car for over a week. Then he proceeds to try and hoodwink me into getting additional work done that was unrelated to why I brought my car in the first place and was aggressively adamant in trying to get me to agree to the repairs I never requested in the first place.After that about a week and a half go by and I still receive no call, text, e-mail, nothing at all from him about the status of the repairs and my car. I was left completely in the dark by him despite supplying him three numbers to reach me at during any time of the day.I was forced to take the initiative he shouldve taken thats apart of his job as a service representative TWICE and called him the second time a week or so after talking to him prior requesting an update. He told me my car was fixed a week prior and that he had called and left and a message for me about it. I asked what number did he call and it was one of the correct numbers I had given him initially, but him saying he called and left a message for me was a blatant lie as I looked over the voicemails and the call history of the number he supposedly called and left a message for me on, but neither his personal desk number that was on his card and the dealerships regular number didnt show up and there was no voicemail message there like he told me, thus confirming hes a liar and has a blatant disregard, accompanied with severe incompetence/negligence, & lack of problem solving skills as a service representative considering he had three different numbers to call to reach me at, but ultimately he didnt call any of them and didnt care about getting in contact with the customer and never let me know any information about the status of my car and repairs or when it was completed. Therefore my car sat in their lot for a total of 9 days after the repairs were finished due to Ryan failing to contact me when the repairs were finished.I dont understand why he wouldnt call all the numbers provided to him and then has the audacity to lie to the customer about attempting to call and leave a message for me saying it was all done a week prior before I called and picked up my car that day. If I never called for an update myself Im confident I wouldve never gotten my car back and thats extremely messed up and inexcusable.But apparently thats what this place calls service & its unfortunate considering I came here a few years back for repairs and had a totally different and positive experience and thats why I came back this time around but turns out it was a mistake to come here again and thatll never happen again in the future & Ryans incompetence is solely to blame for it.So in conclusion if youre thinking about getting some repairs here just DONT!! Unless youre okay with feeling like an afterthought, & being forced to take the initiative to find out information about what you came in for, only for you to end up having your car held hostage by them after theyre finished working on it because they dont care to notify you that theyre finished with it. If youre okay with dealing with all of that by all means hit up Ryan for the worst experience you can get!!!
Very dissatisfied with recent services I received here from the service department. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They did services and tried to charge me for things that I didnt ask to be done. Beware of this dealership that may sell you a new car with aftermarket parts, then try to accuse you of going elsewhere and saying thats where the parts came from. Do not do any business with the service advisor Ryan. Hes very unpleasant and unprofessional to work with. I will be filing a complaint about all of this with the BBB also.
We loved the professionalism shown by our sales rep, Alondra. She was very helpful during the entire sales process and after the sale by answering all questions and walking us through pairing phones, settings, etc. I highly recommend asking for her when you are looking for a vehicle.

We worked with Adam to purchase a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. Adam was not high pressure and negotiated fairly and in good faith. We noticed some deep chips on the front quarter panel and requested they be fixed before taking delivery. Specifically, we asked that they not paint over the chip, but do it properly so it would not be noticed. When we came to pick up the vehicle, I saw the chips were painted but left a deep outline of the original chip. Adam agreed that the repair was not done to our request and arranged for us to bring the car back to re-do the work. They provided a loaner car and properly fixed the problem.We were very pleased with Adam and Griffin Hub.

Went to fill up my washer fluid tonight and noticed oil sprayed in the engine bay. Griffins Hub Jeep changed the oil in July and never replaced the cap. Ive been driving through rain, car washes, snow, traffic jams with no oil cap. Im not sure how much water or debris got into my engine or how to be sure I wont have premature engine failure thanks to Griffins Hub Jeep. This is on a 2018 Grand Cherokee.
Came here for warranty recall repairs (clutch pressure plate) on my 19 JL after the original dealer I purchased from was unable to complete and became unresponsive to my follow-ups.I was impressed with my service advisor, John, from the get-go - as I was setting up the appointment and explaining what had been done previously, he listened and didnt patronize me (which often is a problem for women).The repair turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, requiring multiple parts with long lead times - John was very communicative throughout and arranged for a loaner vehicle so I wasnt stranded. There were a few other issues that cropped up during the repair and they fixed them all - wanting to make sure that EVERYTHING was right and working before I took the vehicle back.Weve taken the vehicle on a 1,500-mi roadtrip to the smokies since and had zero issues - will happily give them all of my future Jeep business!
Car buying SUCKS no matter what anyone does. Having said that, the ability to do a lot of it online ahead of time greatly reduced the amount of suck, and Matt also did what he could to make it as pleasurable experience as can be.

Service department is slow, and car sales department uses misleading promotions.Had a recall on my dodge minvan. Called and ordered the part in December of 2015. They informed me their will be a wait and will call me when the part is in. Well come July I called to find out their are still over 100 people on the list ahead of me. So I still wait for them to do a factory recall on my minivan. So I called another dealer come August and they had the part in stock and was able to do the repair right away. Come October and still no call from griffin saying the part is in.Now I received a flyer from them stating I won a TV. So I go down there to see that everyone in the dealership also had the same winning ticket. Well the fine print says that front of the ticket is wrong. Very misleading and I attached the flyer for you to see for your self.
Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon on memorial day. Kyle the salesman assured me that the Jeep was in great mechanical condition and the state of Wisconsin is very strict on used car sales and they must meet certain standards. I raised concern about undercarriage rust and was assured that it was just surface rust. 500 miles later, I had a cylinder 2 misfire and $500 for a tune-up. Less than 500 miles after that, brought it in for an oil change and was made aware that the gas tank is about to fall off. Contacted Kyle and we told its after 30 days an nothing can be done. Says that it was in great condition when it left. Dont know how rust can eat through enough to make the gas tank almost fall out in less two months. Avoid this place. Was quoted $600 to repair the gas tank. Huge safety hazard.
We took our 2008 jeep commander in for diagnostic, they barely followed up with us, they replaced a recalled ignition switch, but didnt give us the key to the fob, then told us they can cut us a key but we would be charged and would not program our old keys. Our vehicle had been done for quite some time (they had it for 2 days) and we were never notified and nothing with the diagnostic was for certain. Waste of 100.00 plus dollars. Well never do business with this dealer again

Griffin Hub Has Always took good care of me since 2017! I just feel comfortable when dealing with their staff.
I dropped off my truck for the ABS light. Agreed to 1 hour of diagnostic time, and went on my way. Received a call the next day where I was told that the sensors and connections were fine it was in the wiring harness and they required 2 additional hours of diagnostic time. Admittedly I was unhappy and reluctant. In the end I agreed to the additional time. They told me they weren’t able to finish the work before days end, which wasn’t a big deal. The next call I received was a complete change of diagnosis. Now they were claiming that the mechanic who previously worked on the truck (elsewhere)destroyed a connector and that the brand new wheel sensor was bad (about 3500 mls. since prior work done). This might be true things malfunction. The connection however was undamaged according to the previous mechanic that replaced the hubs. (I know him) Anyway they just racked up charges and charged hours above and beyond reasonable for the scope of work. This place is an overpriced, poorly staffed dealership. The work should have taken an honest, experienced mechanic an hour or less labor after the diagnostic time of 1 hour since the computer told them the problem.

Very Disappointing - Scheduled a Oil Change & Service appointment for our company 3/4 Truck, they had the all the info for the truck. Arrived and was told there would be an hour wait because the truck was larger than planned. We made arrangements to be called back in the afternoon when they could get the truck in, NEVER RECIEVED a call back.

We came to Griffin’s Hub to check out a used Mazda CX-5. Before arriving, we knew it was the lower trim package than we wanted but we still stopped in to take a look. It seemed to be a good car, but just not exactly what we wanted. We still decided to just walk the lot and see if there was anything else that caught our eye. That’s when Virgil came through.. He was clearly on a mission, but he still stopped by us and introduced himself. He told us he just had to do one thing and he’d be right back. Within a minute he was back by us showing us a Mazda CX-9. Unfortunately that vehicle wasn’t what we wanted either. Virgil was very enthusiastic and I really wish they had what we wanted because I just wanted to buy a car from him. I will definitely consider griffin’s hub and especially Virgil the next time I am looking for a car!

I have recommended this dealership to multiple friends & family & they have had similar positive results. My sales person has changed but for last 15 years has been constant. I like the no pressure approach & service after the sale has always been EXCELLENT!

I contacted Matt in sales looking for a very specific vehicle. He was able to find it and had it waiting by the door when I came to tedt drive. I had a price I was willing to pay and was upside down on a trade due to having only owned that vehicle for a short period. Prior to my last two experiences, I had been a 3-year, happy customer of the dealership, coming in to service my vehicle for every oil change, and looking forward to purchasing my new set of tires through them this summer.The past two times I have needed to get an oil change, I have utilized the online scheduling tool, as I was told the last time I walked in that it would be the only way they could hold an appointment and confirm that I wouldnt have to wait a significant amount of time. The second to last time that I scheduled an appointment and got to the garage, there was a line of cars and I would told that I would still have to wait behind them, despite scheduling the appointment. Frustrated, and unable to wait for 1.5-2 hours, I left and came back a different date.The last time I scheduled an appointment, last week, the exact same thing occurred. Someone in the service department came up to my car and confirmed that they would not be able to accommodate my scheduled appointment, and Id have to park and wait until they could have me come in. When asking if I would be there longer than 1.5-2 hours, he said it was very likely, and he didnt seem concerned at all that I was frustrated or disappointed.Because I know that my service has been better on MOST occasions, I attempted to follow up via email to express my frustrations, but have gotten no response. The customer service that I have grown to expect has been lacking over the past 6 months, and Ill be looking elsewhere for my vehicle service and tire needs. I try to support local and make an effort to drive further to utilize this company, but its clearly been a waste of my time.
Brought in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee to have some warranty bodywork done for some rust bubbles on the hood. Asked about a couple other issues and how I could fix them. When I picked up the jeep they had gone above and beyond and not only fixed the hood but also fixed the other issues I had asked about fully planning to take care of it myself. They did this all at no extra charge. Very appreciative and would highly recommend! Great bodywork as well! Cant even tell anything was done.
Cant believe they schedule me for a recall replacement on Monday. I take it in on Friday only for them to call me back after 4hours and say they never received the part.

I made an appointment for service online and received confirmation for a 4pm wheel alignment. When I arrived at service department about 3:30pm the rep informs me that I need to leave my truck overnight. I explained to him the reason I made the appointment was to get the work completed at that time. His only solutions were that the online appointment system is bad. No concern for me taking off work and driving all the way over to dealer for an appointment they never intended to keep! I would not recommend anyone with this kind of customer service and will take my work somewhere else.
I was serviced by Mario on a key fob and was given information on everything I asked for. Mario was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He transferred me to Joe who was also knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I was given a same day appointment and was in and out within an hour and a half. Joe even made a joke about something I shared earlier. I left happy with my service. I am thankful to them for their excellent service. Patience and respect is the key. I recommend this dealer and be patient with service people and mechanics.
My van was having issues and 4 years old - took it to another garage and they diagnosed the issue with my transmission and a large price tag for the fix. I was able to check in with Griffin to fully understand the powertrain warranty and they asked to look at it. I worked with Joe who was very communicative through the entire process and as it turns out the fix was covered by warranty and they were able to get my van fixed within a day.I always knew what was going on, any costs that may be coming to me and was offered the use of a rental if I required it. Overall one of the best experiences I have ever had taking my car in for service - Thank you Griffin and Joe.
Went in to service my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were honest, did not up charge me (I didn’t get the classic - you need air cabin filter changed) and very convenient . I dropped my car off and a shuttle service dropped me home and picked me up when my car was ready. The staff was very friendly and not pushy! I highly recommend. Keep up the good, kind and professional work. Will be coming back.
Ive had our van in 4 times in the last 2 months for a/c work. First time was $1500, but didnt fix it. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th times were no charge, as they should have been, but still not fixed. Maybe 5th time is the charm?? Since google reviews are the only thing that gets attention maybe this will get us somewhere. Ill gladly update if the issue gets resolved.Update; we came to an agreement with Jake, the service manager, and now have working a/c in our van. We will, however, be going elsewhere for service in the future. Ill add another star since the job was completed and Jake did work with us.

Service customer of Griffins Hub. I used their online scheduling for oil change and tire rotation - very easy. Drove into service, acknowledged immediately, helped within 2 minutes. Customer lounge was clean with ample space. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Customer service, Mark, clearly communicated and but failed to deliver on expectations. In and out in under 1 hour, the first visit for this service. Technician didnt check tire pressure, at original visit; rotated tires and used car computer to tell psi, falsifying inspection report. Didnt adjust tire pressure as manufacturer requires after rotation. 2nd visit I stopped by to have it adjusted (told Mark 33 front, 37 rear as sticker says) and I realized after I left the technician inflated 5 psi over in front and 4psi over in rear. I wonder what other basic tasks these technicians fall short on? I will need to return for a third time related to this service. They will fix this, but I doubt they will ever fix anything else for my 2 Dodge vehicles.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Customer service was terrible. They talk to you like you owe them something. I took my 2019 truck in due to a noise in the fan of the front seat. And the sensor of one of the tires turning on even though the tire was perfectly fine. They ended up breaking the zipper of the seat and fixing it... they said there was no air leak visible and that nothing wrong with sensor. some time later the zipper was opening and I had to take it back to have them fix it and the sensor went off again... Id call to ask some questions regarding the truck and the way I was talked to was unacceptable. Very rude. I would not recommend anyone going to this place.

This is the second time Ive been there ever and it came recommended to me. There is a service advisor that I liked the very first time and then when I went in the second time I ask for him. Had a little fun with some offroad experience. Put a good sized dent in my rocker panel which pushed into my door. Thought I was gonna spend an arm and a leg but was very reasonable. They were able to get everything straight again and assured me there would be no issues with rust in that spot. Ive worked with them before and have had no issues with rust after painting. Great experience. Looks like new. Thanks guys.

Made appointment online. Upon arriving was told I dont have one. I showed them email from them confirming. After that I noticed that the next day they sent me an email simply cancelling my appointment. No reason given.While they did get my car in for this warranty work, It should have been a stress free experience. But it wasnt. That being said it appears they did fix the problem in a fair time frame.
Mr. Ali provided great service! He comes highly recommended! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful during the process and only seeked to get me an amazing car that I liked and wanted. Chelsea made sure myself and my dad were both comfortable and was very willing to help with any question or changes that needed to be made on the technical settings inside the vehicle. Dino was also essential in the process of answering questions and explaining anything I needed to know about different financial aspects. Service here is amazing and they have tons of popcorn! I’ll def be back when it’s time for a trade in.
Went in to get new tires and Dennis in service was very accommodating and helpful. Tires look/feel great. Ive gone in for regular checkups as well and they are moderately priced compared to other checkups Ive paid for. Will be going back again.
My new after factory leather seats are beautiful and very comfortable. I love them almost as much as I love my Jeep Renegade. Nick in parts/service updated me every step along the way about the progress in getting them installed because there were some differences in the catalog picture for ordering and fit purposes. I totally appreciated that.

Joe Jones in service provides exceptional customer service. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I hadnt been in the garage for more than 10 minutes tops and he already had an idea of what the problem was and a game plan on how to fix it, keeping me in the loop the whole time. I know whenever I take my car to Joe it will be done right! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of from start to finish! I wont go anywhere else... Plus the complementary cookies are a win!!!
This place was pretty awesome. Everyone was very friendly. Our dealer, Phil, and the financial manager, Dennis, were both very patient and thorough. They listened to my situation and tried to help based on my needs and abilities. My daughter bought her car there the next day. Great experience!Edit: had my van for 3 months and went on a road trip. The van had so many problems. We got stranded. When I took it to get it fixed, both places I took it to (first choice and second opinion) said that the dealership definitely knew about the issues. The van was originally bought there and all service was done there. The van was traded back in to them once the problems were discovered And sold to me along with a very pricey warranty that decided not to fix any of it because griffin was dishonest. Ive spent a couple thousand trying to get it fixed now out of my own pocket. Thanks guys. Way to look out for a single mom trying to make it in life. You guys have really screwed me over and I can only hope life gives you what you have coming in return.

Safety is important to me and he made sure I got what I was looking for. I traded in my vehicle, and I am very happy in my new Jeep! I was unsure of my options because my credit isnt the greatest and I have existing student loans. I was pleasantly surprised at the possibilities there were for me to purchase a new car. Usually every 4 yo 6 year internals.Griffins Hub Chrysler sold me my new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica yesterday.This new car purchase was the BEST Car Buying experience that I have ever had. There was none of the traditional taking my keys and not returning them, keeping us waiting for hours, Salesman double talk or pushing us to more expensive models we had told him we were not interested in.Our salesman Al Koehler was highly efficient, he listened and returned my calls and emails promptly, a true professional. There were no tricks and it was a fast and pleasant deal, the first ever for me.We did our whole transaction by email and phone. The only physical contact we had was when he delivered our new vehicle and paperwork for signatures. This delivery took 20 minutes.We are very pleased with Griffins and Al Koehler.
I bought my new car here a few years ago, that experience was fine. Ever since I’ve had a few horrible experiences with both sales staff and service staff. Sales - starting months after I purchased a new car I started getting calls asking me to come in and look at trade-ins. I’ve informed callers that I will not be trading my car in and asked to be taken off their call lists, they called even more after that. They’re pushy on the phone and I’ve had to hang up on them more than once because they would not let the conversation end politely. Regarding service - I’ve had a few oil changes that went fine. I purchased the key protection plan and when one of mine were lost I made an appointment to get a replacement. Had to wait days to get in and when I showed up (to the appointment they scheduled) I was informed that because it was the weekend they couldn’t contact the company who provides the insurance and I had to make another appointment. I’ve had brake issues that they can’t seem to diagnose, I eventually had them replace the brakes, having worse issues. Several second opinions have informed me that the dealership put the brakes on incorrectly. I’ll never be back
What a stressful 3 days it has been with Griffin Hub. Just do yourself a favor and don’t ever go there. They were not willing to work with the Chrysler Warranty Team, they wanted me to pay upfront and deal with warranty on my own. The service member was so rude towards my husband, I am glad I spent $0.00 with them and will share my experience with the world. Thank you for nothing, you will never see me again at your dealership. The help with my secondary key fob was fine, on another note, as i was planning to drop off my car my dad was behind me and suddenly caught a flat. We notified a service advisor and told us to pull the car in so they could look at it. they were planning to charge us $20 to put a spare on. let alone, they didn’t place the spare on correctly, as i’m driving behind my dad to take the car to the original dealership, i noticed the spare was wiggling. we let a service advisor at griffin hub know that the nail was from coming in and tells us “ yea we have a lot of debri out there”. so we won’t be coming back to this dealership whatsoever.
I cant say good enough things about this place. Ali and Chelsea are the absolute best!!! They made buying a car effortless. I told them what I wanted and what I could afford, and they made it happen! Relocated to Milwaukee and was looking for a dealership near me to service my Jeep Wrangler (which I LOVE). Worked with John for a recall notice and 60k mile check. Very friendly and discussed service in layman’s terms. As a single woman, I want to feel I can trust my Service Technicians and feel that way about Griffins.
I had my 2012 charger in for some diagnostic time and couldnt be happier. The staff here are truly happy and pleasant to work with. Just their professionalism was a good feeling, mostly because I hate having people work on my car. But this place I would trust for sure and thats hard to say for someone like me not trusting automechanics working on my car.

I have been very pleased with the cars I purchased over the years and the service I have received. Great cars and great service keeps me coming back.
I needed a last minute oil change due to an unexpected trip. Cassandra and the team were able to get me in same day which was very helpful. Always great service and it’s nice now that they take appointments rather than hoping for the best. I know also bring my wrangler here rather than the dealership where I bought the service contract .
Dan, the service manager, I dealt with was excellent, very thorough, quick and courteous. He provided exact costs and options for getting the car repaired. Service was completed per the scheduled time which took a week to get parts ordered. My wife and I have been dealing with Griffin ever since Hub Chrysler on Hwy 100 & Oklahoma was acquired by Griffin and closed. We are very happy with the team at Griffins Hub Chrysler.
Was a pleasant experience. Our salesman Woody was very helpful and patient through the process. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because of the time it took to actually buy the Durango. It was our second time at the dealership and already had a settled amount on my trade in, did not need to test drive again, so not sure why it took over 3 hours to purchase.

After having some minor issues (billing related) with Griffin Hubs Service. I tried another service center and was not impressed. So that left me with a dilemma. Give another place a try or take the Town and Country back to Griffin. Based on the code the car was throwing I bit the bullet and dropped the car off. Diagnosed with a bad torque converter (which was my non-professional opinion using my code reader). Although they had my car to almost 4 days (which was not an issue), I was really impressed this time. Service worked with my Extended Warranty company without any intervention from me! This was by far my best experience with Griffins Hub! Thank you!
I was told this used vehicle with only 12000 miles on it was super clean perfect condition . I drove out of state to buy this vehicle only to drive 7 hrs and find it was really dirty. The leather seats were in bad condition. Bad enough they gave me a credit for them. It went back into the detail shop 3 times because it was so dirty inside. The only reason I proceeded was I could not find that make and model anywhere in the u.s. otherwise I would never bought it.
